I only stayed for a total of 4 hrs in the hotel as I was in transit. The bathroom had so ***y issues. Early in the morning, water started pouring in the tub and I had to get up and turn it off. Same thing happened when we were leaving. Not sure if the lights have timer. It turned off right during the shower and left me with pitch black darkness. It took all my energy to open and close the bathroom door. The only thing that was great was the food !

The hotel is close to the airport and close to a light rail station. The location is average and there are no large shopping malls around. Ten minutes to the airport. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The hotel rooms are dominated by wooden furniture and I like it very much. It's clean and hygienic. There are disposable toiletries and slippers. Front desk attitude is also good. The hotel's self-catering meals are more Indian, depending on personal preference. There is a roast chicken restaurant nearby, as well as local Indian vegetarian restaurants. The default WIFI of the hotel often goes offline. Later the front desk gave another WIFI network password, and the problem was solved.

Booked for an executive room, nonetheless it was just a small room pretty much the same as deluxe room in other hotels, not impressed. Room service was pathetic you need to ring them up for everything right from towel to soap. You won’t find anything in the room. Complimentary water bottle will be delivered at their own convenience. I have never seen 15” TV in the hotels perhaps made exclusively for this hotel I guess. Icky odour from the AC never let me to sleep well. Added to my surprise AC made a huge breaking noise while running, cover of the AC unit found broken hanging. I had to change my room midnight around 3.00am. Salty water runs in the bathroom which is really unpleasant. The list goes a long way....let me stop now Overall it was nightmare and bad experience would never think of staying again....
