Gaoyiling Danxia Secret Hotel

This is my first time to write a review, and the experience is really not that good. First of all, the house had just been renovated and the smell of formaldehyde was extremely pungent. I left the sliding window open all night to rest. Secondly, there are a lot of mosquitoes. Because the smell of formaldehyde is so strong, I can’t close the windows, so even after turning off the lights, there are still flying insects crawling on my face😾. Finally, in Figure 4, when you enter the corridor that is tens of meters away from the room, there is no night light at night. The darkness is really scary, because the occupancy rate is not high, and the corridor and outside are very dark and quiet. I asked the front desk if they could turn on a night light or adjust me to a room near the elevator, but they were refused. I really didn’t sleep well all night😵

The supporting facilities are complete, the room is clean, spacious and bright, and it is close to the scenic spot. It is worth staying.

The service attitude is very good. Anyway, only Zhangjiajie and Chenzhou have good tourism development in Hunan.

這裏太好玩了，風景真的很好，很難的自然景觀。大部分都被商業化，這個景區目前沒有，值得推薦！拍了好多美照。 最重要的是，這個高椅嶺丹霞祕境酒店太給力了，我和老婆兩個人從上午在山裡玩到下午兩點半才到酒店，酒店方很熱情的給了我們一個小時休息時間，然後才離開房間進入下一站行程，真的很棒！

座落於景區的新酒店，大堂與景區南入口相連，爬山回來馬上進入房間休息以及站在陽台繼續與風景融為一體的感覺真是好。前台吳小姐温和有禮，給升級了房間還帶引往電梯口。房間寬敞、裝修風格明快，設施與布草很新，熱水大、空調有力不擾人。晚餐提供簡餐，早餐是自助。遊玩高椅嶺住祕境酒店應該是首選。 早餐廳員工都很淳樸，仍需加強職業規範培訓；大堂休息區應加強管理，不要讓外來司機隨意躺卧。

房間非常好，景觀漂亮。從房間裏就能看見景區。 衞生：衞生好！乾淨整潔，衞生間無異味 環境：無論是酒店環境還是周邊環境都非常好 服務：那是必須非常好！熱情禮貌有素質。尤其是小陳，很周到。下次去高椅嶺遊玩還要選擇這家酒店

酒店環境挺好的，在陽台上就能看到景區。服務不足之處是原來沒注意訂了不含門票的房間，到前台後想補差價換同檔次含門票的房間，但前台服務員説酒店不允許這樣做（這不怪前台，她們衹是執行管理規定，而且她們態度還挺好的）。衹能説制度太死板，其實補差價酒店也沒損失，顧客也滿意，其實是雙贏的。好在打電話給攜程後台，馬上積極幫我協調酒店，最後同意我取消原訂單，重下包含門票的訂單。最後也算完滿解決，特別感謝攜程後台小姐姐。
