Well I didn’t like how I was greeted, this was my first time at the place, the front desk just handed me my keys, I was confused because it’s two other building and I didn’t know which one, so he proceeded to say the number are big on the building. Ok 5minutes of walking slow because ice everywhere nothing shoveled so I’m was being cautious. Get to my room and it had garbage and the bed not made! So I go back to front desk the gave me another room. Now I’m tired and just want to relax. Ok get my bags in the room. I paid for a king bed and was put in a Queen. This room bathroom was dirty so I went out and brought my own cleaning supplies from Walmart because I didn’t want to go through nothing else. But my partner wasn’t happy so I brought it to theirs attention and they gave me a bigger room with the same size bed! I don’t think I’d come back or recommend this place. Especially not during winter and ice paths are throughout the property

Reserved a king bed via ******* but facility had my reservation as a Queen. The nice receptionist upgraded us to a better room. However, a ROACH was on the refrigerator.

The kitchen area dirty, greasy, looks like they had a long time resident n long term dirty!!! We needed first floor, second, no elevators, Very disapointed.

I came to NJ with my family and we were five, so, I rented a room for six, it was a studio, very comfortable, full kitchen and appliances, two king beds and a sofa bed, two full bathrooms. I was amazing. definitely will come back.

So disappointed. Long and loyal Marriott clients, this was the first time we booked a Residence Inn. Stayed on the first floor and could hear every foot fall from the unit above us including at 4 AM. Unit is very dated but clean. Towels were like sandpaper. Not the quality I expect from Bonvoy. Just caused us to cancel an upcoming Residence Inn we booked in NYC! We’ll head for Marriott Marquis instead!

Yes it was great the lady at the front desk was so pleasant and nice great smile made me feel welcome and special just for that I will definitely return.and the breakfast was awesome fresh coffee bread eggs waffles as much as I can take in . Blueberry muffins my favorite took a extra one for my trip. The kitchen in my room was super nice the bed great sleep tv dozens of channels.

The room was clean. Door had mechanical issues but that happens sometimes. The toilet would run through out the night which was annoying but otherwise it was quiet and a nice night away from the kids to be alone.
