Clean and tidy. Meal deals are a good choice and free breakfast for children under 16 years old. Besides a good theme park. But a little bit far from train station.

typical premier inn, clean, efficient etc you know what to expect when you arrive 99% of the time problem was i was caught in traffic, i didn't arrive until 8:45 and the restaurant was closed before i got in the room and then walked to it, so had to go out again and settle for fast food

Hotel very unhelpful regarding theft of car number plates. Several cars affected and hotel manager just says go claim on your own insurance as it's not hotel policy to resolve the issue !!! very poor.......... Theft on first day so was awake nearly all night making sure car was safe because Hotel couldn't / wouldn't monitor CCTV...

The hotel is run down and battered! There was bad water damage to the bathroom, which was very small for a family room, rusty soap dispensers, paint missing off walls. We’ve stayed in lots of Premier Inns and have never experienced a bad one…..until this one! The staff however, are great and the pub next door was great for food and drinks.

This is probably the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in. Plenty of parking but the corridors and room stank of smoke. The room was tatty with a tiny bathroom that you could only just fit into. The noise during the night was constant. Banging doors both in the hotel and on the car park, kids running up and down the corridors. Terrible night sleep. Won’t be coming back to this one.

Hotel seemed nice.. until we opened the room door and was overwhelmed with the smell of smoke! It was AWFUL! Also found a toe nail and chocolate on the floor! It was just dirty and needed a massive upgrade! Went to tell the receptionist and the gentleman on there was all by himself and seemed to be dealing with a lot! I asked to switch and was told there were no more rooms (expected as was busy) and didn’t want to kick off as we got there late anyway and he was kind and seemed stressed! I would not go out of my way to stay here again even though it’s right next to the park … I would rather stay in the one in the town centre!

The room was cleanish and main bed was good as expected, the 2 single beds were so lumpy and we found long black hairs in one of the beds, we had to double the duvets over for the kids as it was too uncomfortable, bathroom was so small and was unbearable. Not functional for families and the door pinches the basin so watch your fingers, we had 2 towels for 4 people, the decor was okay and staff were nice - parking a bit confusing as signs say you need to register or pay but staff gave us different information when asked inside. This is probably the noisiest PI we have ever stayed out and you can hear your neighbours clearly. However with all that said we paid £42 for one night and it was worth the value of this but no more, the beef eater next door was grim, the food was okay but staff were awful and had a really bad a**osphere - wouldn’t rush back there sadly. They all looked disinterested and sulky.

Stayed at premier inn for easy access to Chessington world of adventures. 6 people in total. Room was spotless and beds very comfortable. We had evening meals at the restaurant on 3 evenings and the food was always very tasty. Service was a little slow at times.
