This was a nice property for the price. The hot water was lukewarm, at best. But, I survived! 😂 I will stay there again if I’m in the area. The restaurant attached to the property was very good. I am learning Spanish, but there was someone when I checked in & out that spoke English very well.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. For those of you sentivi to scents, the cleaning products they use have a strong scent to them. We stayed in a premium room, it was quite large with plenty of space.

The state of this establishment is totally deplorable, bordering on unsanitary. Just look at the photos. Hotel.com was of absolutely no help to me with this reservation and the hotel refuses to refund ! Scandalous

Check in was good, helpful staff. Convenient location in central Chetumal and secure car parking. The room was spacious however, facilities, linens in the room and bathroom fixtures need updating. Bedrooms lack sufficient sound proofing. Needs a major refurbishment.

Air conditioning is very bad. Toilet no Exhaust in bath room. I was stayed in Room number 312. No mirror or dressing table inside.
