The hotel has a direct access to the airport. It’s the best for travelers who need accommodation for a short night near the Chicago airport area. I had a room overlooking the airport and I really loved it. The room looked a bit old but everything’s very clean and tidy. Service was good. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Do recommend this hotel for other travelers.

Nice room accompanied by a fancy restaurant. The hotel is clean, warm, and quiet. Two important issues to mention: 1. They do not have clear signs posted at the airport, so make sure you have checked the routes before arrival. Otherwise, you may have to walk around for a while carrying your heavy suitcase. 2. The carpet is thick and hard for suitcases to be pushed or pulled.

It is ridiculous, the reception's courtesy. I arrived after a 13-hour flight from Hong Kong and reached the hotel at 13:30, hoping they would let me check in and get the room just one and a half hours earlier than the official 3pm check-in time. However, the reception said I had to pay $25 US for an earlier check-in or else wait in the lobby. (There were available rooms, but they just wanted to charge extra.) My room already cost me US 298 for one night. 😏

This hotel is super convenient, just a 100-meter walk from T2 at the airport via an underground passage. It's a lifesaver if your flight arrives late or is delayed in winter. However, it falls far short of Hilton's usual standards...

After a long trip from Hong Kong to Chicago, i always stay a night here. Easy access from ORD with everything. Take the skytrain and you got home. Take a night and start my next journey to next couple cities in US. To me, it is not a hotel but a soul hub to relieve my physical and emotional fatigue.
