位置非常有優勢，就在赤峯高鐵站邊上，從高鐵站地下室走出來也就最多150米。位置非常有優勢，類似日本的JR旅店（與火車站一體的）。很多坐高鐵來赤峯旅遊的外地客人將其作為首選，還有很多自駕客人也選擇住這裏，我們到的那天房間應該滿員吧，兩個好大的停車場晚上車都停滿了。
房間設施非常完善，房間面積算適中，但也還算比較寬敞，被品毛巾等東西非常乾淨整潔衞生，洗漱用品質量也很不錯。
選擇了含雙早，第二天早餐在二層餐廳，還算比較豐盛的中餐自助，拌菜涼菜有8種，熱菜也至少有6種，還有煮雞蛋，包子、餃子、饅頭、花捲和地瓜等主食品種也有好幾樣，還有西瓜和密瓜2樣水果，有一個機器打的咖啡飲料和豆漿（應該是速溶的），還可以自己動手煎雞蛋。算是連鎖快捷酒店中比較豐盛的早餐了。
另外，當時選擇這個酒店還有一個原因是赤峯高鐵站裏面有充電樁，快充慢充都有，有慢充樁的好像很難找了，這裏至少10來個慢充樁，晚上為我的混動大唐DM去充了一點電。
再就是雖然酒店一共衹有三層，但佔地巨大，每層房間好幾十間，長長的走廊，感覺要走上十幾分鍾似的。
服務價格都很好，生意非常興隆！
