Very bad experience. No hot water. Had to take cold showers, was offered to switch rooms or any apologies. No manager to be found. Most likely hiding. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Es increible que un hotel nuevo tenga problemas. Debieron replicar la excelente atencion y el servicio de los hoteles en Juarez.
La regadera semi tapada (se las arregle), el closet no cierra, un simple tornillo mal puestyo causa esto.
Como coincidio con el dia de las madres, los inquilinos tuvimos que sufrir una gran desorganizacion.
