I've been staying in different Marriot Hotel in China and it was my first time to get disappointed with their service due to 2 hours late check-in and the unprofessional way of communicating of the girl in the front desk (All the girls there are very nice aside from this girl, she will talk to you with a poker face and while busy doing something, very unwelcoming) Luckily, Jane, the manager of the hotel, is very kind and gave us a very good room and free meal. But overall stay, this hotel is still worthy of 5 stars review. Always satisfied with the room and breakfast.

I love this hotel, but most importantly the staff. They were warm, welcoming, kind and so so helpful! Always going above and beyond with utmost professionalism and kindness. Example: we found a sick stray dog and the staff huddle together and helped us find a vet close by and ensured we had a way to get there and even offered to translate after we had left. They gave me a number to contact if we needed any help. This type of service I have never experienced before and this is only but one example. Excellent experience. Also - Breakfast amazing, amenities clean and classy. Pool area gorgeous and spacious and all necessities available. Room clean, fancy, amazing view, just wow! I will definitely stay here again and again!
