The only hotel I've ever given a negative review to, I can't help but give a negative review now that I'm still in the hotel. Welcome to the line
1. We came with our dog. We read that it was pet-friendly. We called in advance to confirm again and asked clearly if there were any incidental charges. We were informed by phone that there were no, only room charges. When we arrived at the front desk, we were told that there was a cleaning fee of 200. They told us who the manager answered the phone was, and we were not sure. Then the manager came out and had a conversation with each other. After the conversation, he started to tell us that there were no other fees. The cleaning fee was included and it did not belong to other fees. He did not acknowledge what he said on the phone.
2. I was too lazy to bother, so I didn’t change hotels and paid the cleaning fee. I woke up early on the third day and started calling the front desk to ask them to come and clean the room. The front desk responded ok. When I came back at noon, I found that it had not been cleaned yet, so I told the front desk again. Then after dinner, it still didn't come to clean, and then I told the front desk a third time that it would be cleaned. I took the dog out to play in the afternoon. I told the front desk to clean it again before leaving. Now I just walked in at 20:14. I came back the same way I came out. It didn’t move at all. I told the front desk to clean the room 4.5 times in one day. When I swiped the room card, the front desk actually swore that it had been cleaned, which was amazing.
If I don’t give a bad review, I’m really sorry for their service. I booked 2 nights with Ctrip and 1 night with Qunar. I will post them both intact and everyone can see them. If you can’t decide, don’t give it to yourself. Looking for guilt.
