On the afternoon of July 27, a family of three checked into Chongqing Jingmu Select Hotel (Guanyinqiao Ninth Street Branch). The staff personally let us stay in the 718 parent-child standard room. At two o'clock in the morning on July 28, the waiter opened the door to let other guests in. When I opened the door and entered our room, my wife and I woke up with a fright. I explained that I had mistakenly remembered that the room was already occupied. The problem was that it seriously affected my sleep and privacy. I still didn't fall asleep until four in the morning. When I checked out, I told them my thoughts. At that time, the staff compensated me with 30 yuan. I said that it was only 30 yuan to buy a pack of cigarettes and no compensation was needed. All rooms on this floor should be equipped with anti-lock chains so that the staff would not be able to open them. The guest room we checked in violated the guest's privacy, and the staff made a stupid mistake in bringing the guest into our room. It was a problem with the hotel management. If my wife and I were not wearing clothes, the consequences would be serious. Who is responsible? On the way back, the hotel staff added on WeChat that the compensation would only be 68 yuan. I said if the compensation would be 50% off the room price of 266 yuan, finally on the way back, they asked us to cancel the order and pay 100 yuan for compensation and give them a good review. I said no, it’s time. Evaluate however you like. It is impossible to give a positive review. Ctrip staff are also actively coordinating during this period. Thank you very much!
