The hotel room itself was modern and clean. Rooftop pool has a great view of the river. Overall, a positive stay. However, I later received an email from Trip saying that the hotel said we never checked in. I was charged the no show fee (later refunded after I contacted Trip and corrected the error). Seems like a big oversight on the hotel’s part.

Friendly workers, Chen Ye and the 2 girls were very helpful and professional.

The location, furnitures and architecture gives a unique feeling and experience so in general i think this hotel worth a visit.
+ The location was very calm and the sunset view on the river was amazing.
+ Large room with very high ceiling
- The swimming pool is more a decoration than usable, it doesn't feel clean. I only swam one time and didn't feel comfortable.
- No breakfast around and no laundry service.
- The internet was pretty bad randomly, sometimes it's their ISP, sometimes it's the router so you have to "steal" another room router. 4g signal pretty low in my room. Hardly usable for remote work.

Our experience at this hotel was great. Timi at reception was incredibly helpful and was able to speak a bit of English. As our flight had been delayed, she helped us attempt to rearrange our flight (without success) but her attitude towards the problem was commendable. The rooms themselves were decent too and had a good view.

Hotel is quite close to the high speed rail station only a 15-20minute taxi ride, room was great and the service at the counter was excellent.

This hotel has definitely seen better days..
The location is a bit difficult to find but it’s very close to a subway station and the longest we had to ride in a did was about 20mins.
The service was just ok. They didn’t change our towels or service our room until 5pm (even though the service cart was sitting outside of our room since morning). However when we got locked out of our room at they came quickly to help. The receptionist also responded quickly and changed rooms when we found bugs in our room.
The cleanliness is questionable, first we saw roaches and bugs running around the hotel. The bottom of the pool also had some dead bugs. The rug in our first room was very dirty, we didn’t feel comfortable taking our shoes off. The R on the sign was falling off and they’re dead plants all over the hotel!
Overall, I think this hotel was a lot different than pictured and it kind of turned us off from exploring it more. It definitely needs a clean up!

GREAT hotel. Receptionist were helpful, introd the area and gave us some recommendations.
Location is really good, theres a couple of nice coffee shops nearby, a great Chongqing restaurant 纯阳老酒馆, and a nice route along the city walls which have great views of the city.
Pool was super clean, theres a bar with good pina coladas attached to it and its open 9am-9pm. Get a great view of the city at sunset.
We'd definitely stay here again, only thing missing is a gym!
