差評！以前住過很多民宿，但踩雷這是頭一次:1.屋裡一股潮味，衞生間返味嚴重，應該是地漏設計有問題。2.屋裡有蟑螂，晚上回來一開燈發現三衹，其中一衹是從床上下去的，直接崩潰。雖然給老闆説了以後，老闆自己過來捉了半天，但是説明這屋子的衞生情況是何等堪憂。3.定的雙床，其中一張床的床墊塌了一塊，彈簧都壞了。遇到這種情況衹能趕緊逃，大晚上連夜定了別的酒店。還好老闆退款比較爽快。雖然是春節，雖然他的確稍微便宜一點點，但是屋子成這樣顯然是不走心！最後再提醒一下，這個民宿所在的小區3號樓，4部電梯壞了兩部，除了後半夜，想上下樓，哼哼，等二十分鐘算是少的，很多人等不及，搬着行李從二十幾樓走下去。所以，凡是這個小區的公寓，大家還是繞着走吧！

有跳蚤，癢得一晚上沒睡好，服務員還説是正常現象，從窗外飛來的，我住5樣的時侯，也沒聽説有跳蚤飛來

這裏價格很實惠，酒店環境不錯，周邊交通也便利，附近有好幾個公交站，地鐵站也離酒店比較近，去觀音橋步行街、九街、解放碑，洪崖洞這些景點玩耍也比較方便!位置算得上是四通八達了!房間也乾淨，值得入住

住宿都還將就，雖然設施不新，但是可以忍受，但是！！！等電梯太惱火了，一層樓22户，衹有兩個電梯。一共35層。朋友們！等電梯起碼40分鐘打底！還是好的情況，遇到高峯期，電梯根本不停，永遠的滿載！毫不誇張，太影響體驗，更影響出行安排。

酒店位置很好，就在觀音橋步行街附近，周圍吃、住、行都很方便；老闆很和善，初來山城，路線不熟，老闆還非常耐心地講解；房間非常寬敞、明亮，還有個大飄窗，床品也挺乾淨。非常好的一次入住體驗。下次來還要住這裏。祝老闆生意興隆，八方來財！
