Days Inn by Wyndham Chula Vista/San Diego

Very nice and big room sucks we were on the 4th floor and elevator didn’t work 😱 very noisy otherwise everything was good

THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, WE FOUND SOME CLOTHS FROM ANOTHER GUEST THAT USED THE ROOM BEFORE US. DIRTY FLOORS AND MIRROWS

I didnt like having to wait 5 days to receive my $50.00 deposit back. It should have been a one day hold after check out and then released.

The staff were super pleasant and nice. The room itself had flies everywhere and the surrounding area was sketchy

Prince who is the incharge of the night I checked in was very accommodating & professional. It was unfortunate that i have to change my reservation and Prince is quick enough to fix my concern and reservations.

Property is located around area where there are a lot of homeless roaming around. We seen guys doing “business “on the side of the road by the property itself. Staff area very rude no customer service at all! I will never stay on this area again ever!

We were a bottom room and we had a constant smoke smell from people smoking outside our room.

I did not even get access to my room. The guy in the front was rude and uncommunicative. I would always come here but I am not coming back.

Only the pictures I took can properly describe my discontent while staying at this property. Floor was dirty, one lamp was broken, the other missing a light bulb. The chair was missing a castor, making it nonfunctional and dangerous. One window screen was torn and a dead fly was in the window because the window was left open. The other window was duck-taped! And the class of people staying there was loud, obnoxious and up until after 2AM.............and management was no where to be found.
