The hotel is strategically located in a quiet neighbourhood should you need to do business or a trip outside the city centre (like myself at UBU). The staff was friendly and gave a good service with polite and hospitable attitude. The room was clean and tidy with privacy. The price comes with great breakfast options! One of the better stays at Warinchamrap or Ubonratchathani city centre for that matter! Highly recommended! Also, if you gave them reviews on Google Review upon your arrival at the hotel and show the receptionist that you have done so, you will get free scoop of ice cream! Incredibly amazing! Actually, don't book through any platform, just call the hotel directly - it's much cheaper that way.

Отель хороший, расположение удобное, персонал приветливый. В номере чисто, есть почти всё необходимое. Не хватило двух вещей: это фитнес в отеле и сейф в номере. Ещё конечно хотелось бы чтобы был лифт, так как с чемоданом по лестницам ходить неудобно. Также сейчас рядом с отелем проходит стройка, которая шумит днём. В целом отель хороший, рекомендую.

Construction site next door, ongoing, have to view and hear from it from balcony. Poor communication. Terrible pillows for sleeping. Paper Thin walls. Below average breakfast. Owners not friendly. Wouldn’t stay again. There are much better hotels and better locations in Ubon.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. What makes it so fabulous are the staff! Every single staff member made us feel so special as their guest. The Thai people in general are very warm and friendly, but the staff here are exceptional. We stayed for 5 nights. We were remembered every morning at breakfast, and were treated to some special Thai accompaniments that they wanted us to try and gave us as extras. The reception staff went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed, from ordering us taxis, recommending places to eat, helping us set up Apps on our phone to be able to order our own transport or food deliveries, and giving us safety tips for when we were out and about. We felt so comfortable during our stay because of the staff. In addition, the rooms were very comfortable, impeccably clean, air conditioned, and serviced daily. It is a lovely tranquil place to come back to each afternoon/evening, set amongst a small garden. While the website says there is an American restaurant, please note it is only open for breakfast. There are delicious eating options nearby, ranging from street food to restaurants. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again if back in the area.
