This time I specially took a leave to come to Changsha to watch the show. It was also my first time to visit Changsha. Because I was going to Hunan Satellite TV, I spent a long time choosing a hotel and finally chose this one. When I arrived, I was a little surprised. It was a super big hotel, and they helped me upgrade to a deluxe king-size bed room for free. The environment was really good, similar to the expensive hotel I stayed in Sanya before, of course it was cheaper than Sanya. There was also a small episode. I had to watch the show at 1 o'clock on the 8th, and I ordered takeout at 11 o'clock in advance, but it was not delivered until almost 1 o'clock. I was really super anxious at the time because the show I participated in this time was very important. If I was late, I probably wouldn't be able to get in and my trip would have been in vain. I was staying in Building 29 at the time. Aunt Xu Jinmei, who was in charge of the guest rooms in that building, took care of my emotions and comforted me. She prepared to boil water and get me instant noodles, because I didn't think I would be able to eat until seven o'clock. Later, I waited for the takeaway to arrive and hurriedly ate. The aunt also called a taxi for me. It was already past one o'clock when I finally arrived at the TV station. Fortunately, I could still go in and watch the show. I am really grateful to the aunt. If I go to Changsha next time, I will definitely stay in this hotel. It gave me a very heartwarming experience for my first trip to Changsha alone.

Environment: Behind the hotel is Meixi Lake, which is very convenient for free access. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the subway station, and you can get to the Meixi Lake Theater in a short ride. It is also quite close to Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area, Peach Blossom Spring Scenic Area and Orange Island Head. Facilities: Very new. Service: The room service is very attentive. I stayed for 5 nights. Cleaning staff came to the house every day, and the utensils were replaced in a timely manner. If you have any problems, calling the front desk can basically solve them. Food: There are not many large shopping malls within walking distance. They are all a little distance away. It is very convenient to order takeout.

The hotel is very clean and profesional. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has an ample range for the hungry traveller with the Chinese food cooked to perfection and decent bread but not many cereal options. I would have preferred there to be sugar-free options with the hot drinks but there is hot water for tea bags. The decor is superb and bed warm and comfortable. I didn't get to see the museum so if I come back then I will probably choose to stay here again!

I really strongly recommend this hotel, both the environment and the service are quite good. There are self-help fruits and snacks, as well as freshly made cocktails 🍹 taste very good. There is also a one-hour photography service, which is really great for photo lovers! If you have any needs, tell the super butler that they will be delivered to me. The attitude is very good! The service is very considerate, and the experience from check-in to check-out is very good. The price/performance ratio is quite high, and I will stay again next time.

客棧很不錯哦，預訂的時候衝著五星去的，沒讓我失望，景區裏面有觀光車接送，裏面好玩的項目也還多，買的酒店套票，可以多次進出景區，晚上的夜景還值得一看，有打鐵花和水秀，煙花也不錯，好像煙花衹有周末才有，客棧也很古風，呆一晚特別的安逸，客棧店長也很不錯哦，有什麼問題能及時給我們解決，下次有機會過來還會住這，主要還挺實惠！

園林和外觀很靚，五顆星 地理位置絕佳，正門對面就是銅官窯景區草市入口，周邊也很好逛，五顆星 衞生，床品都不錯，五顆星 晚上到酒店的前台美女態度很好，禮賓部微胖帥哥也熱情有禮的上來幫忙提行李，因為太晚了，前台美女擔心我們不認識路，還特地幫忙提着行李送我們到房間，教我們房門開關方式，禮貌熱情，半夜打電話要指甲剪，很温柔的説有一個指甲剪但是用過的，沒有新的了可以嗎？感覺這個小姐姐很真誠。 但是白天中午退房的戴眼鏡前台美女就很一般，12點開始打電話催退房，我説入住的時候和前台溝通過延遲到2點退房，然後直接掛電話了。因為我個人比較磨蹭，而且非黃金週，酒店看上去很多房間沒開出去，沒有客人非等着我這間房的前提下，一會一個電話的催，還上門催了，越催我當時找東西越亂越耽誤時間了，住過那麼多酒店，這是第一次有一種被趕出門的狼狽感體驗。沒有按時退房確實是我本人的原因，但個人覺得在催促電話的語氣態度可以更禮貌一些，比如“到點了還不退房要收費”的之類的話沒必要説得那麼強硬吧。房間去酒店大堂有一點距離，急匆匆走到大堂終於坐下來辦退房的時候，我特地看了一眼時間，2點38分，如果不是忙着接電話，開門應對催促，我退房時間或許可以更快一點。拖延退房這件事我是理虧的，但就是不舒服。 這家酒店的服務就像抽盲盒，四顆星 缺點：內裏裝修一般，風格有一點中老年幹部風，地板和櫃子都是很有塑料感的板材，但是一進院子的楓樹非常有觀賞價值，最喜歡院子了，雖然後院的温泉池因為廢棄積水長綠苔了，但是衞生間的浴缸很不錯，維護的也算乾淨。之前看攜程評價馬桶有異味，確實有異味，我把酒店配的沐浴露倒進馬桶，半小時後沖水後解決了，那股味道應該是排臭管堵住了反味，建議酒店檢修一下。評論還説房間有黴味，我住的853房間，完全沒有沒有黴味。 總結：酒店屬於園林休閑式，整體還是很舒服的，可以放心沖

Milk is the Yili bottled milk bought by the supermarket.

The location is what I like, close to the subway station and the train station, parking is very convenient, no charge. The check-in at the front desk is efficient and can take the initiative to upgrade me to a high-level room type, satisfied! The rooms are clean and tidy, the waiter is polite, the delivery is timely, the snacks are good, the dried fruit is also delivered during the Spring Festival, the New Year blessing card is sincere, the breakfast is satisfactory and the environment is satisfactory, the sound insulation effect is good, and I sleep until dawn. Like!
