Excellent service.. arranged a driver to meet us from the airport. Great check in. Really empathetic to our elderly mothers needs.. ie requested a room on ground level. Gave us useful information to use locally. Continental breakfast.. perfectly adequate.. although there is a McDonald’s across the road. Arranged transport to the ships side. Highly recommend this simple apar**ent type accommodation.. central to everything. Well done.

Gem of a small hotel in a building near the cruise ship terminal and the train station. Rooms are large, very clean and with a lot of attention to the details. Stefano could not have been more helpful, especially with our late arrival. I would recommend the hotel and will go back myself for a longer stay.

Nice location. Small but well-appointed room. Comfortable bed & pillows & very nice bathroom. Small communal dining area but breakfast is not served. Our host, Stefano, met us when we arrived & was helpful & friendly.

This hotel was very clean and convenient to walking to restaurants the cruise port. We would definitely stay here again.
The host was very helpful and accommodating, including scheduling our transportation from the airport.

The property was an excellent condition. Although older it was very clean and convenient to everything . just be careful of check in times make sure you're aware of when you can check in or if you have to arrange in advance

Initially miscommunication on check in but once in, all was fine. Fresh linen and towels. Once I showered and recovered from 30 hrs of no sleep, all was good. I would stay there again. In its price point, it’s a good deal.

The room was spacious and very clean, had all the necessary essentials and the staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.
