Stayed in one of the boutique rooms during spring festival. The room was super clean with a great view of the bridge. The hotel is on the 5th floor of the platform complex, the activity room is on the 4th floor and shops and restaurants are on the 3rd floor. The rooms are non-smoking but there is a smoking area on the 3rd floor. The staff are all super friendly and always try to be helpful. The only issue is it's very cold around the whole complex. The restaurant at the top of the tower served hot food in cold plates, I'm sure this was just an oversight by the kitchen team. There is a choice of western and Chinese food. Breakfast team were very efficient and there was a good selection available. All in all a good experience for one night. Make sure you pack warm clothes.

房間很乾凈很温馨，能看到大海和跨海大橋，一次性物品也很贊，木質牙刷和梳子，很精緻，很喜歡。酒店的娛樂設施也很豐富、乒乓球、、健身房、瑜伽房、手工坊、烘焙室、電玩室（每間房還送八個遊戲幣），晚上還有夜宵。早餐也很豐富。可以憑房卡無限次參觀，停車免費。下次還會來住哦！

很讚的酒店，絕對5分。房間景觀好，衞生乾淨，設施很好，小節也都考慮到了。前台親切耐心，解答詳盡，無論是辦理入住時的馬小姐，還是退房時的池小姐和另外一位主管 都很優秀。而且入住酒店免費登觀光塔，早上看日出也很方便。早餐比較出乎意料，本來以為大橋上的酒店，食材不會太充足，結果早餐比較豐富。景區裏工作人員也很細心，有問必答，還有人工講解。以後還會來入住海天一洲和參觀大橋。

服務非常好的一家酒店，房間超大，設施齊全，衞生乾淨舒適，早餐豐富，服務人員推薦的麪條很好，很用心味道不錯👍中餐廳有個套餐性價比較高，味道也很好，景區酒店又這樣品質很驚訝，服務不比一般知名五星級酒店差。十五樓有一家兩岸咖啡吃的一般，服務態度與酒店相比太冷漠。環境衞生挺好下次還來。

種草很久了，這家觀景酒店真的非常的驚艷，服務也非常的暖心，絕佳的日出日落觀景房間，有冰箱，幕布投影，智能馬桶，智能窗簾，還有温馨提醒第二天觀日出的準確時間，晚間的娛樂健身項目也不少，早餐也非常的豐富，特別是豚骨拉麪，小朋友很喜歡，總之，五星好評

酒店乾淨衞生，房間內有電冰箱、温波爐方便使用，大片的落地窗可以看到杭州灣跨海大橋，美的難以形容，工作人員服務態度好，因為天氣較好，有幸看到日出、日落，值得推薦，留下難忘美好的回憶，父母很喜歡

這個酒店真心不錯，房間設施很貼心，日式的感覺很受小朋友的喜歡，一起下了幾盤五子棋，景點入住免費，小朋友的早餐費也沒收。小天的服務很到位，有需求立馬解決，小朋友説下次還想來。期待下次再來。

想了很久終於成行，服務熱情有笑容，每間房都各有特色，給我們一行人不同的驚喜，園區塔上360全景西餐廳可以喝喝咖啡享受寧靜的下午，晚餐中餐廳很推薦，菜色豐富，味道很好，量也很足，價格實惠；娛樂設施齊全，直接再酒店園區即可，假日估計人多一點，但值得來看看、住住、玩玩。

超讚的一家酒店！日式榻榻米非常舒適，穿外海景愜意，夜景也很美。可以免費參觀海天一洲景點，額外還贈送了寧波特色糕點和小零食飲料等。帶了小朋友還送了手工玩具。服務非常貼心周到。非常愉快的一次入住體驗。下次還會再來。
