I just don’t like how i was treated by the receptionist during check in. The manager has been trying to be helpful though.

Our favorite hotel chain! We made a last minute reservation on a weekend and our room was ready when we arrived. We lived the spacious lobby and had great fun playing games! The gym was well-equipped and clean. I wish there was fruit available at breakfast. Also the bed was too hard for my taste and the pillows were lumpy. Still, I will be back!

My family and I were in town for a football game. Home2 Suites by Hilton Clarksville Louisville was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the registrars were extremely polite. Shout out to Zenia and Michaela. They were wonderful. If you are ever in the area, this is a great play to stay. Satisfaction guaranteed.

The suite was nice and fit our families needs well. We got in late and we had a few issues with the room.
The refrigerator was knocking every 5 seconds. Like a LOUD knock on the door. So we turned the fridge down so it would stop.
Then the bed close to the window, when we sat down on the bed it felt broken. Then when my husband got up from the bed it would move, like broken springs. Really uncomfortable.
Last thing the shower had no shampoo. There were 2 bottles of conditioner and 1 body wash. Just was not helpful.

We arrived and the hotel had no hot water. Then our room had not been cleaned well. We found candy wrappers and silverware under the pull out sofa. The floor was also dirty. It was disappointing.

After checking in and paying for our room we discovered the entire hotel had been without hot water for almost a week and didn’t give a heads up. When trying to get some info on the situation we were offered honor points. I’d like a refund not points!!
