On a galerer à rentrer à l’hôtel , il faut appeller un numéro pour pouvoir rentrer etc..

The place is not bad at all, it had everything we wanted for our stay with a baby but the heat in the room is unbearable and although there was one ventilator we gave it to the baby and we suffered and didn't sleep at all from the extreme heat.

Very well placed for the rugby stadium with very good tram link to the centre which is a c.30 min walk. Little grocery store and boulangerie a 5 min walk away and some places to eat nearby. Useful to have a washing machine and tumble dryer on site. No air conditioning which would be unpleasant when hot. If you require parking, reconfirm this at least twice as once was not enough for the message to get through and you need a fob to enter the parking. Major downside for us was no wifi at all during our Sun-Thurs stay which was very inconvenient.

The five Euro a day secure parking was a huge convenience. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Faolipa (spelling?) who went above and beyond to help us find the parking lot, opened the safe that the previous tenant had left locked within 5 minutes of our asking her, and was always cheerful and happy to help us. Location is excellent with view of Rugby stadium, around the corner from the Michelin Experience, and walking distance to the old city. Maintenance responded quickly to minor issues with bathtub/shower and repaired problem.
Apartment is basic. No dishwasher, no oven, under-the-counter refrigerator with a tiny freezer.

Horrible personnel incompétent et irespectueux qui n'a rien a faire du client appartement très très sal avec beaucoup de poussière je demande un appartement côté côté calme ils me le refuse alors que j'arrive très tôt résultat impossible de dormir a cose du tramway et des voitures,le matériel de cuisine degelasse je demande que l'ont me change la poêle ils me disent qu'ils ont plus du coup je mange dehors impossible de cuisiner le pire c'est que je pouvais même pas annuler ma réservation chez eux.pour ma part la femme qui m'a accueilli n'a rien a faire dans l'hôtellerie je déconseille fortement cette résidence.
