Found underwear in my room. Sink was quickly wiped. Staff was cold. Food at restaurant unimaginative and poorly presented

Nice clean hotel with very pleasant and helpful reception. It has simple but comfortable amenities and is close to the highway. A good stopover, plus its not far into the centre of Clermont to explore the old city.

Good convenient location, clean comfortable room. Restaurant meals fairly ordinary, pity previous system of buffet starters and deserts not currently used.

Staff was very friendly, especially at check-in & check-out!
The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, perfect for a road trip stop-over.
The breakfast buffet is good, especially the croissants! :)
