Stayed for 7 consecutive nights. The service staff was good, but the hygiene was average. The air conditioner was noisy, the ventilation system was not good, and the windows could not be opened, which caused discomfort.

#positive #I was happy with the Toiletries, Mosquito Control Measures, Location, Nearby Activities, Nearby Restaurants, Value for Money; The hotel is new and clean, with a full kitchen, simple breakfast, spacious rooms and a reasonable layout. Opposite the hotel is the Rite Aid pharmacy, which contains daily necessities, except for fresh fruits and vegetables, which is very convenient. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Cleveland Clinic and the Cleveland Art Museum, and the location is excellent. Next to the art gallery is a small lake with a beautiful environment. 10 minutes by car, there are large American Super League David and Asian Super Super League Ding Hao

The hotel room is quite small, which is surprising But there is a bar with a sink Facilities are pretty good Note that there is no toothpaste in the room, although you can call the front desk to ask if there is any toothpaste Very close to the museum

Very comfortable beds and bedding. Great room layout. Nice and comfortable room. Looked to be new or upgraded.

Enjoyed my one night stay. Up to date. Maybe 4-5mes from downtown which was a plus. Bed was comfortable, nice hot shower wld stay again.

THe fromt desk staff were realy helpful telling us how to use the shuddle to the Clinic, where was the best place get dinner & breakfast. Also the hotel engineer came to oyr resque. Parking very easy! The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back in February!!

Every staff member we met was happy, inviting and kind. Ty, Mimi, and Monique need a special shout-out. All of Cleveland impressed us but if we come back, we know we will stay here again.

Liked size of room, the way the tv swiveled toward bed or living room area, kitchen good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very good.

I enjoyed my exp here, the doors to the bathroom need to be wiped down and cleaned as well.

Cleanliness was terrible, day of cleaning never did the room, housekeeping was nasty and obnoxious, no information about restaurants in the area, no pamphlets about the area and I can go on

We had a wonderful stay in Cleveland. The room layout was very convenient for me as I was in crutches. The kitchenette was surprising but definitely came in handy. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. All in all, we were pleasantly surprised and we would stay here again.

I felt like we were in the middle of times square. Loud noisey obnoxious fire sirens , beats, helicopters. We couldn't wait to go home. Even left a day early

I stayed at the Residence Inn because I had a Pet with me. I had a hard time when I asked for room service. I had to keep running up to the guest desk every couple of days to get fresh sheets, towels etc.. I asked for vacuum and bathroom cleaning, nobody ever showed up. When I first walked into the room, kitchen floor had broken glass in the corners and floor was very dirty. I liked to breakfast though. Staff was friendly. I just couldn't get any room service when requested.
