I was concerned due to the lack of clarity on the website regarding the availability of pets in the room never stated now where on the site cats are not allowed. I have an ESA cat that has been with me for some time and has never experienced any issues in any of the Hotels/Motels. I did leave a note in my reservation on my ESA animal stay with me and now called to follow up with me. As a precautionary measure, I contacted the front desk to inquire about the ESA pet policy. Upon contact, they informed me that they do not accept ESA cats due to the previous history of pet cats distorting the rooms. Understandably, I called back to make sure they were aware of the ESA can and that it would be in a kennel in the room when I was not present. The manager was also extremely rude during the check-in process. I am currently experiencing a medical flare and have traveled for over 4 hours and found my wheelchair was not working when I arrived and was extremely tired. I requested to check in early and was granted this, which I am grateful for. However, I was questioned by the manager and had them go around my item to prove a point and ask if there was no cat in there right? Also, to the point of leaving a note on my reservation so now when I go ask questions at the front desk, I am asked again you don't have a cat and I have repeated no so many times to the point of frustration and to the point of harassment of a disabled adult. I said I do not have my ESA cat due to your Hotel denied it
