"Excellent self catering cottage. Very clean and modern. Full kitchen with everything you need. There was even milk. eggs, bread and spreads left for breakfast. We stayed in Rose cottage, a one bed unit. It was surrounded by lovely roses, pleasant outlook when sitting on the deck. The whole property is very well kept and there is even a laundry room. Owners very easy to communicate with."

"This would have to be the worst’s hotel on our 10 day road trip to the North Island. The photos on website are not a true reflection of what you actually pay for. Over priced and would not recommend this place to stay. There is a note in the bathroom to say run the water for 10 minutes so you can have a hot shower. Not environmental friendly in this day and age. Also very dirty and needs a decent deep clean."

"We stayed here over the weekend just gone and it was a good stay. The bed was very firm, the pillows were good, and the carpet was new. Smart TV in the room which was easy to navigate. The rest was very dated. The bathroom is straight out of the 90's, the little kitchen is from about 2010. The exterior needs a revamp. Someone from one of the rooms behind us came back very late and was quite loud, which echoed. It's very disappointing that on east-facing windows there are the oldest and worst blinds so the room was extremely bright at about 6am both days. It's worth it at the right price point."

"A bed lamp did mot work and bathroom was not clean. Overall, I was disappointed to stay here. I suggest hotel to check detail matters before check-in. By the way, Swimming pool was good and we enjoyed. I though hotel to add pool fee on accommodation fee and let guest use it free of charge. $10 per person is cheap and reasonable to use but free or with charge is different matter to guest."
