Outdated room, and heat wasn't working properly. Restaurant was closed for renovations but not told that at time of booking!

Can't beat the location. beautiful views and close to town. the lighting in the room could be better and the microwave tray didn't fit in the microwave. overall would recommend

Great location overall amazing experience with everything except housekeeping they only cleaned my room once in 5 days but I will be back but this needs attention.

The unit was incredible, more than expected for sure. The view was very nice, the balcony plentiful. I would stay again. My only issue is that this is a hotel/time share/airbb set up where the Staff didn’t really seem to know what was going on… check-in and the valet processes were unnecessarily made confusing . Overall however it was a great place, now that I understand what to do for parking the whole thing should go much smoother next time.
*Best room for the price, I am sure!

Location is perfect, however, this time the kitchen was very lousy. A minibar instead of a friedge, no other appliances, old cabiners , just a few kitchen utensils.
It is my 4th time there, usually it is a full kitchen. Very nice. This time kitchen was an issue, as I like to cook my meals instead of eating outside.

Pictures of room had big windows.. but room had smallest window (one only) I have ever seen. Staff was matter of fact, no extra service, no how was everything, no nothing. Major construction, no parking, poor room experience, very slippery tub… just a poor value for the money. Great area with restaurants around but would have rather slept in my car.

I’ve stayed at the Arya Hotel a handful of times, and it’s been terrific every time…but these “private oasis” at Arya missed the mark in every sense. The room was somehow more expensive than the regular rooms and tiny and outdated with old dingy carpet, underwhelming bathroom, and a balcony fitting for nothing more than to say that it has a “view”. Terrific property; horrible room.
