The hotel I always stay in. Everything is great. Ms. Yasemin and Çolpan at the reception are very attentive. Also bartenders Ahmet and Mustafa are wonderful people. You can choose without hesitation

The hotel was above our expectations. I would especially like to thank Ms. Miray, one of the hotel staff. We used everything except the slide, ***et was successful. The food was delicious. (I think the slides appealed more to children)
A very crowded hotel. Eating and drinking never ends, it is a constant activity. Our friend Aylin and Alper took great care of us in the animation, and I would like to thank them as well.

We booked a huge family holiday for my mums 70th birthday (26 of us)- our stay at Side Premium was fab! The service at the lobby was always amazing, the food was great- a really good selection! One evening they closed one of the premium restaurants to cater for all 26 of us where we had a beautiful Turkish meal! A lovely coffee shop near the lobby with amazing service and coffees!! Rooms were cleaned daily on request, we upgraded to a family room and they were huge! Lots to do for families and children- we ranged from 2 years old to 70 years old and everyone said it was the best holiday they had!! Thanks Oz Hotels for a memorable stay!!

I leaved beautiful experience in Oz Hotels for around 7 days. I was with my daughter. We were impressed about they hospitality and attention with guests. Day of Turkish food was amazing and very interesting. Clean and big pool. Near to sea. Sunbed was comfortable. Food tasty and delicious. And staff was very kind and friendly especially Rodica.

I had a beautiful experience in these 7 days, I was very impressed by this hotel's positioning, it is very close to the sea, diverse dishes and at any time, staff involved, you can also be consulted in Romanian, which was a great help for us .The hotel is very nice, very clean, also at the highest level. I will definitely come back.

Side premium is the best hotel I have ever been too, we have stayed here 15 times and it's always a pleasure to stay. The staff are always friendly and the food is amazing and meets everyone's needs. I always recommend this hotel. Everywhere is always clean and tidy. The guest relation manager is always friendly and always helps us and makes us feel so welcome.

The hotel is lovely but when we booked this we chose this for the indoor pool that’s closed. I’ve rubbish lungs and the cold outdoor pool is no good for us. The jacuzzi is also shut. The children buffet is being refurbished too. Such a shame because it’s a nice hotel but I’m left without being able to use a pool which was the main reason I chose this hotel. As a single mum it’s taken a long time to save up and the then the facilities aren’t available. The food at breakfast is always like warm the scrambled eggs are very runny. The lady who does fresh eggs is lovely and flips them for me so no runny white. Pasta is nice you get to choose what they cook with it. The other meats are questionable but I understand that maybe just a culture thing. The staff are really nice and helpf
