The room is clean and specious for 3 of us and the lacking only no toothbrush provided, only 2 towels instead we paid for 3 persons. Breakfast was ok only the noodles is not properly cooked as it is still hard to chewed😅. (Still room for improvement) The main highlights was the service we received from the bellboy Mangala. He is very helpful, approachable and always smiling. Others then that it is easy to get the public transportation i.e. tuk tuk and car. Definitely we will be coming back again. Thank you

Before the end of the holiday, we still planned to stay in Colombo for one day before leaving, so we still booked this hotel and checked in at ten in the morning. Since the guests had just checked out, we needed to wait for cleaning, so we sat on the side while the staff sent us there. The juice was served, just when the mouth was dry, the juice was like a timely rain. After a while, a manager said that cleaning would take some time and invited us to have a buffet breakfast. We politely declined, after all, it was a bit expensive, and then we went to the mall downstairs to eat. We bought something and just came back. The manager asked us if he could buy us a cup of coffee. We happily accepted it and were very touched at the same time because the wait was caused by our own early check-in, but the hotel tried to save us from the long wait. It's not pleasant to do so much, thank you very much

Stayed for five nights in total, breakfast was good. The pool is nice. Just a bit far. Gym does not provide water. Good service. But the room facilities are outdated. First night, there was blood on the towels. On the last night of my stay, at one o'clock in the morning, the tenants had a party in the room and in the aisle. The music was loud, dancing and chatting. It lasted for more than an hour. I made four calls to the front desk. I guess the hotel sent someone every time. I tried to stop it, but it didn't work at all. I didn't calm down until the fourth time. At that time, it was already two o'clock in the morning, and I didn't sleep all night.

Stayed in the hotel together with my son from 25.01.2024 to 28.01.2024 They were pleasantly surprised by the modern interior and purity of the hotel, as well as the kindness of the staff. Very beautiful lobby with live music every evening! A fantastic restaurant with a magnificent Swedish table for dinner, where you can try both fresh seafood and national cuisine. A very pleasant open pool on the 6th floor, where you can enjoy both the ocean view and the city. Spacious modern rooms. Special thanks to the charming girl Darje - the guests' manager. This does not look like the pictures in the website at all. The worse place I have been to. The room is full of dirt. There were hair on the bed sheets, tiles in the room and the bathroom was broken. Smells really bad. I felt vomitish the moment I entered the room. As soon as I saw the room, I didn't want to stay. I wanted a refund. I didn't stay more than a minute there. When I told that to the manager, he sent a person to check the room. They were lying saying we used it. The worst service ever. The stuff was drunk and could smell them from a mile away. Never go with your family.

The outside is warmly furnished. The interior environment is clean. There is a private bathroom and efficient air conditioning in the room. The sea is right outside the hotel. And there is a good café and iconic train there. The reception and owner were friendly and helpful. It was morning when I transferred over. The owner helped me check in early when the room was full, which was very decent and reasonable. All in all, whether it's a trip or a stopover, this hotel is bang for the buck. 👍🏻
