Hyatt's hotel is a bit old, the facilities are old, the room is quite big, for the United States, such a five-star in the country can only be considered Samsung's place is generally OK!  However, we booked the advanced king room and prepaid the full price to guarantee. After that, we still told us that the big bed room was gone, and finally only gave us a double bed! The front desk said that we would change it the next day but we didn't mention it until we checked out!  We are not going to care about these when we go on a business trip!  There are very few breakfast items. There are only five or six things besides omelet. The location is very good. It is in the city center and there are many restaurants nearby.  Overall, Columbus is a small city and quiet, this hotel is not bad, give 4 points! Add a sentence, you can see the sunrise &#127749;

The Hyatt exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, and the shower worked quite well. The view was impressive, and the number of options available at the hotel were significant. I fell asleep almost immediately because the high quality bedding. It was a shame I had to leave. 

Staff was friendly and helpful from check in to check out. We were traveling for a family wedding.  Beautiful weekend and our room on the 19th floor had a great view of downtown.  It was clean, and well maintained throughout our stay
