Really great place, each room has a balcony or access to the garden, delicious breakfast and friendly service :) the location is far from the center, but we paid only 12 euros for a taxi to Lake Como. Low price for the hotel compared to those hotels closer to the center, so it is worth choosing this hotel :)

Don't book this Hotel direct they will keep your money and put the room to sale if they got better offer than they give you money bake if not they contact you they tell the room are available. please don't book direct,

First of all this is not a hotel or a villa it actually is 2 long apartment buildings (2 floors, no elevator), so you have to lug your baggage up hill on a long pathway then up stairs to the second floor. When looking outside all you see is a building site (under construction). The reception desk and the dining room is in the entrance of the building. Speaking to other guests in this so called hotel we found that we were overcharged (other guests payed 140-150 euro) we were charged 235 euro for 1 night. The "hotel" charged our guarantee credit card of one of our group instead of charging each room separately like we wanted.

Rooms were small, no elevators to get luggage to second floor, no refigerator working, area under construction.
Staff was helpful, braekfasts we very good.

The staff were very helpful upon our arrival. Room was large and comfortable. We loved our balcony unfortunately no real views. But we had a great stay and toured around.

all good. location is ok, perfect for people with a car as it was our first criteria the breakfast was VERY good. The receptionist was very helpful the room was fine. for 100eur for 2 people, we cant expect better

It is a nice, comfortable, familiar hotel. It is located outside the center, so it is only recommended, if you travel by car. The have free private parking. The service was friendly, although they asked a deposit for the minibar. The breakfast was big, especially for Italy. The room was comfortable, big, and clean. Nearby, there is a nice chapel, San Cassiano on a hill.

This is impropriate! Do not attach your card here! This hotel have a problem with payments, they will charge you several times for the same room, be aware that you may not get your money back in months and probably never! The view from all rooms is disgusting! You will see only construction works which are here for many years and they don't do anything with it. + the stuff is extremely rude to the customers! Stay safe away
