Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful hotel. The single rooms were spacious with comfortable larger-than-average single beds. Fabulous bar area for a much needed glogg after a chilly December day sightseeing.

Nice and cozy place with a charming atmosphere. Nice staff and an impressing bar.
The room was big and nicely furnitured.
Old pillows, not so comfy bed and a shower with almost no water pressure was disappointing.

1. Lots of staircase leading to my room, alley too narrow for luggage to be hand carry.
2. Toilet bowl super stain or dirty.
3. Front office staff friendly, helpful, going the extra mile.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our room. Very upscale and spacious for the price. It’s in a good location for public transportation and exploring the city.

No AC, so we opened the windows. We had to deal with multiple mosquitos, and the front desk told us they couldn’t do anything until the next morning. This was at 6 am. It was miserable

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 4 days. When i booked at this hotel it stated on their website that the double room was at least 21m2. When we arrived, the hotel had a really bad smell and you could feel that the corridors hadn't been clean for a while. The room we entered was not more than 15m2 with a bathroom. Im pretty sure that the room hadnt been propely cleaned for a while as i could feel the surge for my dust allergy increase by 2000%. By all chance, i forgot my dust allergies and i felt like i was being punished by the hotel for it. Beforehand, I asked the hotel to have some diary free and gluten free alternatives for breakfast. There were 2 alternatives for 4 days. I feel like today me is disappointed i didn't do more research before spending money on this hotel.

A truly lovely hotel in the heart of Copenhagen but with one feature letting itself down. The room was mid-size and clean with large windows but lacked storage space. This was due to the wash basin being in the main bedroom and not in the bathroom, which was very odd! Its my first time seeing this setup in a hotel room. Maybe I haven't travelled as much as I think I have! The bathroom itself consisted of a shower and toilet with no wash basin and no room to dry yourself. And as for the opaque glass sliding door! These are not designed for privacy.

Lots of finger and lips prints on the windows, yellow stains in the toilets and room clean up partially performed.
Breakfast below Scandic standards....
Bikes for rent (while many similar hotels provide them for free for a better environment)
Check in information provided to the bare minimum (had to raise basic questions about breakfast place and times, giving the impression we were deeply ennoying the guy)
Both elevators not in line with our floor dohad to use stairs either up or down regardless of the elevator used...
Provided us a room with communicating door (those are commonly known as poor soundproof) while they put a noisy family on the other side ..
