Hot Water Beach Top 10 Holiday Park

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to access Hot Water Beach. Fun activities for children - no chance of being bored here. Spacious open-space camping area. Bathroom facilities were a little small and not as clean as could be expected, but not a major issue. Bonus points for being dog friendly. Had a great few days with friends and family.

We loved our stay at Hot water beach! We had our two dogs with us and had a lovely spot with a bit of privacy. The kids loved the new pool and the go carts! And of course, we enjoyed a soak at the hot springs. Always so much fun to dig your own pool! This review is for a powered camp site.

Loved the large site and all of the open spaces on the property covered in neatly kept lawn. Fantastic resort! Staying longer next time.

We've just spent an amazing Easter holiday camping at the Top 10 Hot Water Beach. The kids couldn't decide which was their favourite activity, from swimming in the pool, driving the carts, the Easter egg hunt or the slip n slide! The staff do an incredible job providing these additional activities as well as keeping the facilities in a very clean and tidy state. The parents loved that there was coffee and dinner options on site - it was just fabulous and we will be back :)

This is a large and very well run campground with a huge staff. But it doesn't feel crowded. The cabin we had was comfortable and clean, and the place is an easy walk to hot water Beach. We arrived after dark but they had our check in info on the board and security even guided us right to our cabin. One thing though: although they clean the kitchens well, they have GOT to clean out the chest freezer in the far kitchen regularly. There was frozen chicken in there with a best before date of Nov 2021, and all sorts of other ice-coated stuff obviously years old! Not a good look for an otherwise excellent operation.

Fantastic place to stay with your family. Super friendly staff and great facilities. Heated swimming pool was perfect for entertaining the kids and they loved the bouncy pillow. We stayed for Easter and while there was some power issues which caused a few minor issues the overall experience was amazing. The Easter egg hunt was a particular highlight for the kids. We have been the last 2 Easter’s and would definitely go again and recommend to others

There was no electricity and water in the from early morning. We have waited till 11.30 am to refresh and to go to toilet. Really sorry that our trip we have canceled after and came back to our residence

it's imperative to highlight the unprofessional behavior of a specific staff member. An older white lady with curly blonde hair displayed a shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism throughout our interaction. Her demeanor was consistently abrasive, and her attitude towards guests was dismissive and disrespectful. It was clear that she lacked basic customer service skills and failed to uphold the standards expected of someone in her position. In my opinion, such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of Top 10 park. It is my sincere belief that management should take swift action to address this issue, including potential termination of the staff member in question. As a paying customer, encountering such behavior only adds to the overall negative experience and further solidifies my recommendation to avoid this place at all costs. It's imperative that establishments prioritize professionalism and customer satisfaction, qualities that were sorely lacking during our stay.
