Absolutely lovely hotel. Visited here previously and glad we returned. We've stayed at several hotels nearby, h10 dreams/suites/ corralejo Bay, but this just has it all. Rooms modern and spacious, staff friendly and helpful, restaurant has lovely food especially breakfast. Pool area clean and not problem getting a bed. Sun around Pool all day. Location is one of the best and although near the centre it's calm and peaceful around the pool and hotel. We stayed half board and like to go our in the evening so can't comment about evening entertainment but there was something on most nights. We booked through jet2 but have booked direct before and if you sign up to barcelo there are extra benefits there too.

I have had the best holiday with the amation team especially with Giorgia canella I have special needs I have been helping with loads of actives like mini disco and mini club. I would love to come back and help again like I have the food was really good

We spent 11 nights at the BCS and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff are so friendly and very hardworking. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are working constantly to keep it that way. We stayed half board which was very good with a great selection to suit everyone in our party; grandparents, Mum and Dad, plus 9 year old twins! Giorgia and Giorgia, the two girls who kept us entertained by the pool and in the bar in the evening, were super friendly and very funny. We also ate a couple of times at the pool bar. You can a lovely midday snack there. We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely return again. Thank you Barcelo Corralejo Sands!

Second visit to Barcelo Corralejo Sands Hotel and it’s still a lovely hotel to stay in. We booked the same type of room as last year and were delighted to get the exact same room. Staff are amazing and always helpful, room was cleaned to a high standard every day. As it was Easter the dining room was busy and many children were there, but there was always enough to eat and it was replenished often. We loved the restaurant theme nights too. This hotel is situated in a central position near to the beach, shops and nightlife but we always got a good nights sleep. We found no faults with this hotel and will return again.

Would like to start by saying the staff were all so friendly & helpful, always had a smile for you. Our room was lovely, spacious & kept spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the hotel. There was plenty of sunbeds around the pool. We stayed half board & ate in the pool bar at lunch a couple of times, food was reasonably priced & lovely & fresh. Unfortunately the dining room for breakfast & evening meal is a totally different story… the food wasn’t of a high quality at all. One man would be cooking possibly 3 different fresh meats & had to carve meat so you was often waiting for the food or for it be be replenished, 2 people are needed on there! Salad bar was lacking, without much sauce choice too. Puddings were underwhelming, just low quality! Breakfast wasn’t much better, poor choice of pastries & cheap sausage. We ate out a few nights because of this. The hotel is in a good location but because of the low standard of food we wouldn’t return …

This hotel and all the staff are lovely. The hotel is smaller than other Barcelo hotels we have stayed in but this suited us perfectly. The hotel is in a great location around 600 metres from the beach and lots of shops/places to eat around. Our room (a suite) was lovely and spacious for our family of 3. Marlena the experience manager and the deputy manager Caroline did their upmost to assist us with our sons food allergies which wasn’t easy in a busy hotel during school holidays so thank you both for your efforts (from Mrs Finch :)

Just arrived at barcelo sands 11/04/24 had first evening meal average at best and was totally ignored by waiters - no drinks offered - so totally disappointed complained at reception who didn’t take down any details and said she would tell manager in morning - not good enough

Have been here 5 times and will keep returning, Great location, staff are exceptional and welcoming, always good selection of food, rooms are very clean, always found a sunbed even in peak times, very clean outside.
