Excellent Hotel fantastic room Excellent service the staff couldn’t do enough for us we enjoyed all of the facilities the sauna and hot tub on our terrace with amazing views of the Alps

Though the restaurant was closed on our arrival the young lady on the desk brought us a cold platter and drinks . The room was equipped with a fully stocked bar and coffee machine

Ogni tanto ci concediamo il lusso/sfizio di passare qualche giorno in questa magnifica struttura dove si percepisce una grande atmosfera di relax e tranquillita.' Questa volta abbiamo soggiornato nella Palmieri, con sauna esterna e idromassaggio per due nel bagno. Come al solito tutto e' stato perfetto. L'unico neo per me e' la mancanza della doccia che forse sarebbe utile. In offerta questa volta c'erano i massaggi e devo dire che Manuela e' stata fantastica, per qualche giorno il mio collo e' tornato quello di un giovanotto!! Solita stratosferica colazione servita in stanza a qualsiasi ora e solita professionalita' e gentilezza del personale. Veniamo all'altra perla, il ristorante. In un ambiente veramente raffinato, l'impeccabile 'lord Renzo' ti coccola e consiglia con la sua grande professionalita', gentilezza e humor inglese. La cucina dello chef Cristian e' sempre da 'standing ovation', i suoi abbinamenti rendono i piatti fantastici da guardare e da gustare. Alla prossima.

Appena tornati a casa da 3 gg di sogno di cui avevamo estremamente bisogno. La suite Alcova ha tutto quello che serve per un relax ai massimi livelli. Che dire poi della colazione in camera ? O ancora delle 3 cene perfette o del fantastico aperitivo? Ci siamo sentiti veramente ospiti più che graditi e coccolati da tutto il personale. Una menzione particolare al cameriere Alessandro , giovane e super professionale da ammirare e anche alla ragazza dei massaggi ! Torneremo assolutamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti nella villa. Ottimo il servizio e l'accoglienza e ciò che offre la struttura. La stanza ( noi avevamo scelto la ursa minor) molto grande e con una splendida jacuzzi. Stile rustico. Ristorante con portate ricercate e raffinate. Fiore all'occhiello l'aperitivo al tempio del vino. Sicuramente rifaremo visita in futuro.

Abbiamo selezionato questa struttura per un weekend. Struttura imponente ed elegante, accoglienza impeccabile. Ci hanno concesso l'upgrade da camera Deluxe a suite, un qualcosa che non capita spesso e sicuramente è stato un grandissimo miglioramento sia a livello di spazio e di servizi in quanto la suite dispone sia di vasca idromassaggio esterno sia di sauna interna. Aperitivo degustazione nella cantina dei vini molto interessante con prodotti del territorio in un contesto incantevole. Cena al ristorante con possibilità di scegliere tre portate, livello davvero alto, ho assaggiato paté di fois gras e cervo. Il giorno successivo prima della partenza abbiamo anche avuto la colazione come atto finale di un soggiorno perfetto. Esperienza onirica. Fortemente consigliato il soggiorno.

Hotel stupendo gestito con una professionalità e passione con pochi eguali, disponibili da quando varchi l'entrata fino a quando te ne vai. Servizi eccellenti, dai massaggi alla jacuzzi e la sauna privata della nostra stanza (suite palmieri) cucina semplicemente eccellente, ti coccolano con gusto. Determinare se il prezzo sia alto o no è soggettivo ma di fatto tutti i servizi di cui abbiamo usufruito giustificano fino all'ultimo centesimo quello che abbiamo speso. Senza dubbio ci ritorneremo. Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante/ hotel a settembre. Qualità di tutte le portate davvero buona. Servizio veloce, personale gentile. Portate abbondanti ma raffinate. Sicuramente non scontate. Prezzi da 5 stelle, compensati effettivamente da un’ottima qualità. Lo consiglio.
