Best Western Heronston Hotel Spa

Staff very Good especially the breakfast guys and restaurant staff Building itself very old and old bathrooms. I was in room 70 and above me it’s room 75 and the whole ceiling vibrates when the guest in room 75 walks about. Didn’t get a good sleep because of that. It will wake anybody up. Insulation NOT GOOD ENOUGH

We had a lovely stay wasn’t too keen on the evening food but breakfast was nice

Check-in was easy and quick and room was ready early. Lady on reception very friendly and helpful. Room was really nice and I'd say recently refurbished. Pool area was really nice and clean and fresh pool towels available from reception. Plenty of parking spaces. Only negatives I would say is the walk to room was a bit like walking through building site as it's currently undergoing renovations but it didn't bother me. Room was on ground floor overlooking the back of hotel so had to have curtains closed all the time for privacy.

Upon arrival I wasn’t to sure as the outside looked like a hostel well around the back where the rooms are but do not let that put you off it’s beautiful inside friendly staff everywhere you go nothing was to much it was so relaxing there definitely staying again

We have stayed at the Heronston hotel many times. Staff always helpful and polite Good food and service

Disappointed with my room which didn't have a window just a skylight so no fire escape .

Great hotel which has gone through an extensive refurbishment everywhere, will be certainly using again as was looking tired in the past.

They are undergoing refurbishment and I was in a refurbished room. Which to my surprise was in a poorly finished state, plug sockets loose, panels not fitted securely and generally looks unfinished. And to refurb and NOT put AC in the rooms? The restaurant menu is very poor in terms of choice, they could do better. Tried to tell them on check out but she was not interested.
