To much noises people screaming, the girl at front was very rude , young people rent the rooms for a few hours and to much noise I can’t sleep somebody I think from the clean service open my door without knocking when I was sleep very very very very dissatisfied

Up on arrival we were told that our reservation was canceled even tho I showed the receipt for the reservation!
I had contacted the hotel directly to let them know that we would be checking in after 11pm and that their would be any issue with that!
APPARENTLY THERE WAS!!!!!

Y lo peor, una ventana no tiene cortina y la luz esra desde el amanecer. Terrible situación para un hotel, sea cual sea su clase y precio.
