Beautiful house on beach with 6 private rooms/suites. Quiet, clean, gorgeous ocean views and direct access to beach. Refrigerator and microwave is handy to have in room.. continental breakfast. The price is excellent for on beach.........

Raul and Gina are the best. Puerta del Mar is a hidden gem. The ONLY place we will ever stay!

This was a quiet, beautiful place. There was no one else at the house when we were there, so obviously it was quiet, but the house and the property are beautiful. Much better than expected. We will stay here again for sure. No access to the kitchen so be prepared to either microwave your food, or go out to eat. Was hard to find for non speaking spanish people, but we know where to go now for next time

The house is just gorgeous, the room is big and we had a beautiful view! The owner of the house is very gentil. The breakfast is simple and delicious. You need to rent a car or take a taxi to go to the city center, but the also have bikes at the house and you can borrow if you want.
The only bad thing is that i think the bed is a little old and I had back pain

Property is very fabulous and has great interior design. Marble floors ans gorgeous wooden banister. AC works well and the views are incredible. Access to beach is only steps away. Breakfast is simple but cant complain about free.
Beach is clean and quiet. Only downside is the ocean floor here is sea grass with no coral.

We could not be happier with our stay here after having stayed at numerous hotels on the north side of the island. We were amazed at this beautiful quaint peaceful place! Given the attractive price in comparison to the nearby hotels, we were unsure of what to expect. But WOW did it exceed all of our expectations! Raul was around every single day and was very helpful with anything we needed. Maid service is excellent as she checks in daily to either clean your room or bring you anything you might need. We will DEFINITELY book here again and so look forward to our next trip. Thank you Raul and staff! Love the place!

I really liked their beach. It is sea**** free, while whole Caribbean coast is drowning in sea****. Also liked that it was very calm and felt like home.
