The location is excellent, close to the Plaza de Armas and can be visited on foot. It's also 15 minutes to the airport. Room comfortable

Our room was huge (with three double beds) in the corner of the hotel on the 4th floor overlooking a massively busy road junction. Some might say the traffic noise was too much but we loved the constant thrum and life going on outside which we could watch from above. Some might also say the bathroom decor was a bit tired but everything worked fine. Noise insulation both externally and internally was really good but the windows opened so you could hear the lively scene outside better if you wished. Breakfast was varied and delicious in a spacious restaurant. Staff were great. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place has character, charm and a delight all of its own. It earned a place in my heart and a solid 5-stars for being a great place to stay. PS. Lots of little artisan shops nearby, also a lovely little park with impressive waterfall, and a magnificent indoor market selling all sorts of shiny gewgaws plus a cafe located directly opposite.

We stayed here for our last night in Cusco. Lovely hotel and walking distance from main areas in central Cusco plus a market across the road for great shopping and souveniers. Very comfortable and staff very friendly. Lovely inner courtyard and other areas to chill. Good value. Our email comminication through their hotel chain was excellent. Would stay again.

Excellent property close to the main square close to downtown. The property is again almost similar to the one in Lima. Very spacious lobby. Relax setting well, place room. Fast elevators, an artistic elegant décor the rooms are with all provisions accept. The clock which was there in the other property. The breakfast spread was excellent. So happy to get glaucomi again. The breakfast has spread of fruit juices. Cut fruits, Whole Fruits, serials, cookies cakes and hot section with sorted vegetable scramble eggs. Sausages and more. Also, the bar is mind-blowing heated by Carlos last evening. It was fun to enjoy their complimentary drink pisco Sour mild very well bye Carlos and team. Very good, day moilses in the reception. Is very welcoming. And makes you comfortable for any needs to be provided by. The hotel will visit again the puno property

I just stated here for one night with my husband. The hotel has a nice local charm about it. A nice size room and bathroom with a bath. Internet connection was very slow. I had a reasonable breakfast and a lovely evening meal here at a good price. It was lovely getting a local welcome drink. Staff were very pleasant. The hotel is very near the big market, has a small market for drinks, snacks etc very close and it’s about a 20 minute small stroll up the hill to the main square. I loved having the pan pipes playing at breakfast

Good size rooms. Old fashioned style bathroom but perfectly functional. Conveniently located. Helpful, friendly staff. Small courtyard garden area. Large dining room - often with a talented local musician playing pipes. Comfortable bar area with food served. Great Pisco sours.

We arrived at this hotel to he told our booking had been cancelled months before. My granddaughter was suffering very badly from altitude sickness & barely able to stand up. She was offered nothing in the way of comfort by the mature female receptionist who was rude & unhelpful, she refused to call our travel provider to try to rectify our situation forcing me to call the UK at a cost of £3 per minute. In the end we were forced to pay for a 3 night stay as the 5nights we originally booked were now not available. Reception staff were not helpful in this situation & we were glad when we left & moved to xima hotel over the road. The staff there were far more helpful to us. The hotel is dated & their front of house staff need lessons in compassion & sympathy when faced with guests in similar situations. My granddaughter was in floods of tears when told our booking was cancelled & all they did was turn the computer screen to show us the cancelled booking.

We stayed here for three nights whilst visiting Cusco and the surrounding areas, The hotel is a solid four star, ticking all the boxes. Alexander in the bar and his colleague very worthy of mention, as their friendliness , can do attitude not only to myself but those I saw coming through the bar were top level! I’d come back here purely on the strength of their service!!

We spent multiple nights at this hotel during out trip to Peru. We had an excellent stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. This hotel is well situated for exploring the city. We stored our luggage here while we went to Machu Picchu and even left laundry while checked out/gone for a night and had no issues with either. This is a very well run hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful. The only slight downside that is wifi in our rooms was a bit slow and would drop sometimes but that wasn't a huge deal. We could get good wifi in the lobby and were mainly using it to check in for flights etc.

Excellent comfortable beds. Spacious room. Very attentive staff. Twice we requested something and it was delivered to our room in only a few minutes. We had laundry done twice and it was very inexpensive. They held our luggage when we went to another city for a few days. Free breakfast every morning with a huge buffet and often live music. Everything was very clean. Great hotel

A slightly older more traditional hotel. On the corner of a main road but our room faced the rear of the building was very calm and quiet. Safe location a little out of the city centre. Tour buses pick up outside. Has a bar with happy hour 241 (Mon-Fri). Can eat in the restaurant or bar in the evenings, plus offers room service. Mini bar in our room. Room and bathroom very clean and made up daily. we stayed for six nights. Food and drinks were of good quality. Good buffet breakfast started at 5 am in the restaurant for the early day trippers. Has an outside courtyard area with seating. Staff were attentive and helpful, most spoke some English. Easy walk into the main squares for churches, museums and shops. Or can get an Uber. Good location for tours from Cusco. Would recommend.

Senor Carlos and the staff were incredibly hospitable and lovely. Cusco is a beautiful city with amazing people and rich culture 360 degrees that welcomed us all. Hotel Jose Antonio provided wonderful meals and opportunities to explore. Thank you!!!!
