I stayed here for three nights and found it to be comfortable and friendly. The location is not ideal, although it is convenient to several large “artisanal” markets so that shopping for handicrafts is easy. Otherwise, there is not much for tourists in the immediate neighborhood and the busy traffic and construction make it challenging to cross the street. The historic center of town is a healthy walk.

This was a VERY loud location! There is a 7 lane intersection next to to hotel. The road in front of the hotel is under construction for about 10 blocks. A live band played next to the hotel until 5am on a Tuesday. Even with ear plugs I was woken up multiple times each night. I would not stay here again.

property and staff was wonderful, unfortunately there are road repairs in front of the hotel that takes away from how wonderful the place is.

Great hotel. Easy access to the old town, great restaurants near by, very close to the bus stop which took us to Machu Picchu and overall great stay. Helpful staff and good breakfast.

Lovely hotel with large spacious rooms. The included breakfast was very nice and offered many choices. There is a silver jewelry counter in the lobby with beautiful items. My complaint would be the exterior because the street and sidewalk are torn up and it makes for a messy entry. I was told it’s been like that since the pandemic which is not acceptable.

I stayed at this hotel with our small tour group for 3 nights. I liked the location- on a main street with maybe a 20-minute walk into the center of town (faster going back since it's downhill!) and a wide variety of businesses, including craft markets, around. Don't miss the solarium on the top floor- our guide took me up there when I wanted to see the Southern Cross and showed the location with a laser pointer! Road nearby was perpetually under construction and we had to find a new way to walk around it every day but I'm sure that will pass. Staff very helpful when I had questions.

Very neat hotel, good service. Easy check in process and they also held us bags for us while we visited Cusco. We had to leave early one day and they provided boxed breakfasts for us which was a god send! Quick walk or taxi ride to the Plaza.

The room had everything I needed and it was very comfortable. Love the bed and the pillows they are exceptional. I'd recommend this hotel for Cusco for certain. The location has a wonderful marketplace right across the street and is close to some good restaurants as well. The one thing the room lacked was a luggage rack. They have one built into the closet however it was too small for my suitcase. Small elevator, nice dining room for all meals. Tasty meals just be prepared to wait for service but the food is good breakfast is really nice. The staff is kind and the room is very clean and offers daily housekeeping.

We were part of a group tour and this hotel was their choice. Excellent choice. Good location and the hotel is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and during the cold weather, they have space heaters. Nice dining room with a good menu and prices.

Even taking into consideration the ravages of Covid lockdowns I would not recommend this hotel. It is several kilometres walk from the bustling square with bars and restaurants and is not near any shopping areas or attractions so you will need a taxi. The rooms were quite cold and the thermostat didn’t work. Luckily the bed linen was quite heavy. The bed was also quite comfortable. Two small bottles of drinking water were allocated for the first night only( unacceptable when the tap water is not safe for drinking). The front desk evening staff had no idea if Uber was safe to use in the area and could not show us where the main cathedral was on a map. On arrival the safe had to be unlocked by staff and the phone did not work at all. The bath towels were fraying. The weather was very cold however the public areas in the hotel were even colder- obviously heating is a problem. Staff were also vacuuming outside our room in the evening when we were trying to relax after a long days travel. There is a very pleasant courtyard garden however and breakfast was adequate but overall I would recommend other places close to the town centre. .

I am glad that I got an amazing city view room. However, I found that water temperature during shower was not stable

Everything was great, except the hot tub and solarium - the only reason we stayed- were closed

Second of eight different hotels during our visit to South America. Stayed for two nights and then returned two days later to stay a further night. First room on 5th floor had two comfortable double beds. Bathroom appeared somewhat dated with shower in bath with plastic shower curtain. Two lifts were fine although small and dark inside only accommodating three people at a time. Decent view from window but very noisy road immediately outside with constant car horns all the time. No air con. Second stay was also on 5th floor but opposite side which was much quieter. Ordered a fan for this room as no air con made room very warm.

Great hotel. Clean nice rooms. Helpful friendly staff. Jacuzzi on the 5th floor with a great view of the city and surrounding areas. Nice restaurant. They served a great breakfast buffet. Hotels, shopping, museums were all within walking distance. We stayed a total of 9 nights before and after the Inca Trail hike hosted by Valencia Travel.

We were a part of a tour group and were placed in this hotel by them. It was an excellent choice. The hotel is located 15 minute walk from the main square and close to great restaurants and shops. It was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant serves an excellent buffet breakfast and has a full lunch and dinner menu.
