Xima Exclusive Cusco

The staff of the Xima Hotel in Cusco is so good, courteous and very honest. While checking out I left USD $1020 in the safe and in the evening I contacted the hotel. Staff Gabriel, Frank and Edger helped me out of the way and traced my money and managed to send it to me to my country Canada. Highly appreciate and recommend this hotel as the staff is so honest and caring. Check out

Front desk people are so friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quiet, the bed is comfortable. Price was so affordable. I had to catch a very early bus and the front desk clerk offered packing breakfast for me. I declined as that would cause too much work on him. But it was very kind for him offering that. Can’t complain anything about this place.

It was a great experience staying here, the host is very helpful and friendly, and the room was exactly as described in their website. The place is charming and located at walking distance from the city center.
Sonesta Hotel Cusco

This hotel is excellent in terms of location, hotel facilities and services, and the breakfast is very rich. It is about one kilometer away from the Weapons Square and important surrounding attractions. Opposite it is a larger market for local fabrics. They can also pick up or drop off the plane for free. Really worthy of recommendation, it’s late, the next day, I’m excited to go early, forget to take pictures.
Hotel Jose Antonio Cusco

The room had everything I needed and it was very comfortable. Love the bed and the pillows they are exceptional. I'd recommend this hotel for Cusco for certain. The location has a wonderful marketplace right across the street and is close to some good restaurants as well. The one thing the room lacked was a luggage rack. They have one built into the closet however it was too small for my suitcase. Small elevator, nice dining room for all meals. Tasty meals just be prepared to wait for service but the food is good breakfast is really nice. The staff is kind and the room is very clean and offers daily housekeeping.

I stayed two times, two and three nights, the entrance is bad, the location is reasonable, the first period in room 506: horrible, not accepting, the indoor room and without privacy. We were going to leave so badly because we weren't able to cancel it. We missed water (the prefecture's works?). The shower was difficult to regulate (heat/cold). The bad hygienic paper. The second period in room 509 was better. It had an outer window and the bed was king size. Although close to the dining room, the sound isolation worked better. Another criticism: they provided kit lanche for those who were going early to make a trip. They did not offer. We only discovered when we saw other guests receiving. I only received one time, and I could have had this advantage in three other morning exits. Breakfast is poor, but we just eat once. In the others we go out before the beginning. The receptionists are nice. The price is really good.
