Thi Boutique Villa

Thi Boutique Villa is a small, family owned, run, Boutique Hotel. Nha and the staff do everything they can to make sure your needs are met during your stay. The Hotel is a beautiful 3 story Villa two blocks within easy walking distance to the beach but located on a fairly quiet street, The Hotel is close to many many restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores & spas and Large Hotels of every description. It is definitely an active area and easily highly walkable. This is a small Hotel for those that want a more personal, relaxed environment where Nha and the staff will know you, greet you in the morning and personally see that your stay is enjoyable. They keep the place spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, the A/C (mini-split) worked great and you control how cold/warm you want the room. The shower has excellent water pressure and plenty of HOT water. The bathroom is modern and clean and a cold small refrigerator is in the room. If you need laundry done they will see to it. They have a nice breakfast every morning with coffee, tea and juice with several food choices consisting of your choice of Vietnamese style or western style food daily. It is very good imo. I stayed at the Villa for 14 days.. It was a very good stay. I will return for sure. Nha and the staff are all very friendly, nice people. The excellent ratings the Villa get are well deserved imo..

This was my second time staying at Thi Boutique Villa. When we visit Da Nang in the future it will again be our first choice. Here is why . . . Location it is really close to the beach (easy walking distance) and to dozens of good places to eat and shop (easy walking distance). Also it is secluded on a side so you don't have car or foot traffic - good feel. Inexpensive, yet with a great breakfast included (with several options). Booking tours very convenient (tour drivers pick you up at the Villa). Arranging laundry service very convenient. Enjoyable comradery with other guests at breakfast and in the evening. Great staff - very helpful.

Stayed for 4 nights on cheaking in there was a miner problems, but it was sorted out quickly. The rooms are basic clean comfortable bed good shower well worth the price you pay The location is perfect for shops restaurants and beach but the best thing about this place is the 2 lads on reception they so helpful friendly and go out of there way to make everything right for you we would stay here again just to see these guys well done

I loved this place, it's beautiful, relaxed and off the normal westerner tourist map at the same time. An oasis in a city of noise and bright lights. I'm leaving more relaxed than I before I arrived. Definitely recommended

A relaxed friendly well run establishment. Nhi is an extremely helpful host .The property is in a very quiet road but easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would stay again .Nhi will help you with any questions you may have a lovely plus for us was the craft beers
