Excellent location situated close to everything, clean,service impeccable staff friendly buffet breakfast totally different to what I'm used to but love the food. Gym and 20 stories high so you get 360 views. Very well priced too. Highly recommend this place. ♥️✌️👍

Breakfast facilities and layout insufficient for the number of guests. Super crowded and awkward, five people queuing to use one slow coffee machine. The laundry facilities also made it feel like a hostel. Aside from these issues, the room was small but clean and new. Bathroom ok but lacks ventilation fan.

Love stay at the hotel so much. We can check out at the same time we check in. So fair. And very near to many tourist attraction. Such as dragon bridge, carp dragon, han market, danang cathedral and APEC Park.

Overall stylish and generally good hotel, with high-floor lobby and range of facilities. Pleasant team of staff here and ok rooms. Some guests may like the style, though it may also not appeal to others depending on individual preference. General comments heard from selected foreign guests during breakfast, include their feedback about the variety of breakfast selection and food items that required purchase; among matters that they preferred to be better. Overall likeable hotel, thank you and all the best to the team.

We stayed one night at Wink hotel and really enjoyed it. The 24 hour check in was great and very convenient. The staff was always friendly. We had to wash some clothes so it was great that there was a laundry rooms. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Da Nang. Breakfast was good too. Typical breakfast nothing too exciting other than the the pho station. Our room had a nice view also!

Central location, good clean hotel good wi fi

I had my AirPods stolen at this hotel. 100 percent sure that I put them in my bag stored in the hotel room and I never took them out of the bag during the entire trip to avoid the risk of losing them. We only had room cleaning once (may 1st) at the hotel during our 3-day stay , and no one else would have entered our room otherwise. I called the hotel to explain the situation. The hotel manager said that checkout implies every belongings are okay, but I didn't receive any instructions regarding belongings when returning the key card. Even if items discovered missing after checkout, they're still considered 'lost items.' Shouldn't the hotel be responsible for compensating especially in the case of theft? Additionally, another staff said there are no CCTV cameras in the hotel corridor, but later changed his statement saying that everything was normal when checking the cameras. If there are cameras, they should be able to identify who entered our room. This is clearly theft, not just lost. However, the hotel manager kept repeating that the airpods were not found in the room. Of course not, because someone stole them and when I checked the Find My airpods, they were in Tam Ky where I've never visited. The hotel should take action regarding this situation. I feel really frustrated and upset experiencing this in a famous tourist destination. 이 호텔에서 에어팟을 도난 당했습니다. 호텔을 중간에 한번 옮기긴 했지만 룸 청소를 받은건 여기 윙크 호텔에서 딱 한번 뿐이었습니다. 에어팟을 들고 다닐까 고민하다가 잃어버릴까봐 안전하게 호텔방에 두자 하고 배낭에 넣어놨던 기억이 똑똑히 납니다. 공항으로 가는 택시 안에서 에어팟이 없어진걸 확인했고, 나의 찾기 기능으로 에어팟 위치를 조회해보니 한번도 방문한 적 없는 땀끼라는 지역이 나왔습니다. 에어팟이 발이 달린 것도 아니고 이 모든 상황을 봤을때 누군가 방에 들어와서 가방에 있던 에어팟을 가져간게 확실한데, 호텔에 문의 전화를 하니 방에 에어팟 없다는 말만 반복했습니다. 방에 없는게 당연한데 왜 이 말만 반복하는지 너무 답답했습니다. 호텔 매니저가 또 체크아웃하면 모든 소지품이 오케이인걸 확인한거다 라고 말하는데 카드키 반납하면서 그런 안내 받은 적도 없고, 체크아웃 한 이후에 도난품을 발견한다고 하더라도 그건 도난품이 아닌가요? 호텔 복도에 cctv 있냐고 물어봤을 때 처음에는 없다고 하다가 나중에는 카메라 다 확인했는데 다 정상적이라고 말바꾸기~ 그럼 우리 방에 들어간 직원 이름이 뭐냐고 물어보니 물건 훔치는건 직원한테 risky한데 왜 훔치겠냐고 직원편들기~ 관광업 하는 나라가 호텔 방에서 대놓고 물건 훔치는 것도 어이가 없지만 호텔 측 대응도 진짜 어지럽네요 여러분 귀중품은 호텔 보관하는 거 아니에요 가지고 다니세요~ 구글링 해보니 베트남 호텔 금고에 넣어놔도 마스터키로 다 열 수 있고 금고 보관품 도난 사건도 발생하는 것 같더라구요 여튼 호텔 위치나 시설은 그럭저럭인데 다시는 안 올 것 같습니다
