衞生條件差，馬桶圈都要掉了。房間裏都是下水道反味的臭。開排氣扇沒用，得開窗通風。

酒店設施齊全 非常衞生 前台人特別好 下次還來酒店很乾凈 性價比也很高 出行也方便 周邊吃的也多 環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助酒店鬧中取靜，雖在大路邊上，但不會嘈雜。房間空間大，洗浴設備不錯

住的還行。服務員態度一點都不好。我訂的大床。95不帶早餐。別人去那住標間98還帶兩份早餐。我跟服務員溝通送我一份。態度不好不説。還告訴15元一份。無語至極。這服務員腦筋真是不夠靈活。還有就是隔音一般。

正確的名字應該是“錦園薈賓館”。沒有大床房，給換了個家庭房，房間北向的，略冷。廁所下水反味兒有點重，進屋開窗放了一下，然後廁所排風開了一夜，還是有點臭。價格很便宜

酒店性價比還是比較高的，距離嫩江灣旅遊區也不遠，三公里多一點步行可達。另外，酒店出門就可以找到飯店吃飯，夜市和農貿市場也不遠。總體來説還不錯的。
