직원분들 너무 친절하시고, 룸서비스도 너무 맛있었어요. 주차장도 여유롭고 백화점이랑 연결되어있어서 심심하지 않아요!

너무 좋아하셔서 행복했네요.
전반적으로 호텔 퀄리티 좋았고 백화점이랑도 이어져있어서 편리했습니다. 실내화도 두꺼웠고 방도 깔끔했습니다! 아 근데 베개가 좀 높아서 잠은 푹 못잤어요ㅠ 저같은 분들은 메모리폼으로 바꿔달라고 하시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다!!

프룐트가 7층에 있구요. 첨에 불편했던게 체크인 대기 시간이 한시간 이상이 걸렸네요. 그리고 1층 로비에서 객실로 바로가는 엘리베이터가 한대 밖에 없어요
주변에 과학공원, 한밭수목원 등이 가깝고 신세게백화점과 연결되어 있어서 관굉이나 쇼핑하기 나쁘지 앐이습니다

우선 요청했던 33층으로 배정해주셔서 너무너무 좋았고 리버뷰였어서 더더욱 좋았어요! 웰컴드링크도 호라이즌에서 맛있게 마셨어요~! 호텔이 전반적으로 잘 관리되어 있다고 느껴졌고, 굳이 단점응 꼽자면 창문 청소가 잘 되지 않아서 뷰를 보는 데 좀 방해가 되었 것 정도였습니다. 추천해요~~!
