Has a great time the place was clean and staff were nice too will diffinatly be visting there again.

Ida she was the most helpful friendly person. If you stay more than a day, they don’t change the bedsheet, they only change once a week 😳 also people work at nightshift they are very nice, I was there for a good couple of months I also think that Service can be improved. This place is not kid friendly at all.

Chantelle and Truth have been great on the night shift team. Service here is really great, clean bedsheets and the staff here are really friendly

The bed were made very good because I stayed in this hotel over 1 month and a week with my family. The kitchen stuff are very lovely and I want to mention 2 ladies. - IDAYAT she’s very very lovely and caring and so friendly with my kids. Everytime she works in the breakfast area she always makes sure there’s enough food and constant food are available. To me she was a mother and she is always smiley and every time she sees us she always says hello which as guests we look forward from every staff member. She is very hardworking and she is fabulous ❤️ - Another young lady from the kitchen is KIARNAH and she is absolutely loving and she is always friendly unlike other staff in the kitchen not to mention names. Kiarnah is hard working and she always makes sure tables are cleaned and available for others to join breakfast. She also makes sure food is available. I have to say Kiarnah is just kind as her mum, her mum also sits in the reception and she is always so cheering and friendly. I want to mention another two ladies which works in housekeeping ANGELA and CHAMELA and they are so lovely and caring. They know how to be kind to others as every stuff should, they don’t know that sometimes with just a hello and a smile they make our days although we as a family are struggling they always make our day. Overall I found my experience at Dagenham travlodge great although some stuff were a bit rude (I’m not going to mention name) and i believe I’m not the only one to experience this but whenever she works in the breakfast there is no food available, we ask if certain food is available and she says there’s none left, she feels no empathy towards while saying and always rolls her eyes. Whenever she works apparently the washing machine don’t work thus the plates are dirty with previous food. This is absolutely disgusting and they should improve how they behave towards guest and kids. She does not say hello or anything and we feel ignored whenever she works in the kitchen. To cancel out the negativity I want to say thank you for those that showed me and my family love and care. And the ladies that I mentioned names they deserve a big applause just because they are so sweet and caring and of course hard workings Thank you for reading my feedback -soniya

I was greeted by Fabiola and temi who were very Lovely and welcoming. They helped me alot with my wifi which I was struggling with they went above and beyine to help me with this and I am vert grateful as it was important to me to havé wifi and they made me feel very cared for.

Staying with the family is not good if some reason you have to stay then do not take the break fast service with the kids they can not enjoy the breakfast.

We had a great stay at this travelodge, it was cheap and easy outside of central which was great for us. Parking was good and there’s a bus to take you to the tube outside. Having a couple of businesses on site was handy. Chantel was absolutely amazing!! Honestly made our getaway even better! She was so accommodating and nothing was too much to ask for. She has great banter and was really welcoming!! The food was really good and hot! Would defo stay here again

Chantel was an absolute star ⭐ and was so accommodating to me and my girlfriend. The food was quality and we really appreciated her enthusiasm to make sure we enjoyed our food and to give us advice around the area! 5 star service
