Heated outdoor pool was cold (we complained about it immediately, it was said that the outdoor pool was 30 degrees and no one had complained). So we couldn't use the pool. 3.) So food from the day before is served and no variation is offered. Perhaps as a guest you could settle for a few points, but not at this price. With 4.5 stars I just expected something completely different. I also gave this feedback to the hotel, it was only a "sorry, we hope next time it will be better". Very disappointing, unfortunately there will be no next time.
