A very nice wellness and spa hotel placed in an fantastic location called "Dahner Felsenland". There you can do any type of activity ( e.g. long walks through rough landscape, nearby go shopping in different ways ) or just relax and let yourself bei pampered by fantastic cuisine.

Very good gastronomy from breakfast to lunchtime snacks and coffee time to culinary dinner. Wellness and sauna at its finest. Swimming fun in the natural pond and heated indoor and outdoor pool. Very informal despite the size. Sports facilities are available and are being redesigned (in new rooms). Rooms in different categories, from simple to suites with their own sauna and whirlpool. Very large outdoor area. All the rooms we have booked so far have been in impeccable condition. We're always happy to come back

We were there in April for ........can't count how many times we've stayed at the Hotel Pfalzblick. That should speak for itself. We were again very, very satisfied, the staff is very friendly, whether in the restaurant or the ladies from the cleaning of the rooms, everyone in the entire hotel was very accommodating. The food is delicious. We always feel at home. Thanks for that to the whole team. See you next time

Great family run hotel with a charming ambience in a wonderful location. Great gastronomy with very good wine, modern and beautiful wellness area and the Römerfels suites with their own sauna and whirlpool can be described as a special highlight. Generously measured, we could put our son to sleep in the cot provided and still enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi. An absolute recommendation for all parents. We will be back definitely.

I'll start with the positive points: 1.) great room (completed 2022), especially the beds are very high quality 2.) booking process very professional 3.) great wine 4.) the pond is stunning 5.) large parking lot negative: 1 .) Massage booked / paid --> no staff, instead of money back wine voucher 2.) Heated outdoor pool was cold (we complained about it immediately, it was said that the outdoor pool was 30 degrees and no one had complained). So we couldn't use the pool. 3.) The steam bath stank of sewage and fish. Here, too, the technician was supposed to come, unfortunately it didn't happen, so we couldn't use the steam bath either. 4.) Breakfast below average. No lettuce, veggies, just loveless tomatoes and cucumbers. Cheese variations also very bad, the cheapest camembert and butter cheese. Packaged butter and jam, like in a 2 star hotel. Selection the same every day 5.) Dining tables from the day before not cleaned. At breakfast chairs still dirty. Complained twice, no change. 6.) Juice water dispenser in the sauna area empty, no employees. We also complained about this, then an employee came and simply wrote "defective" on the device, very helpful. 7.) Service in the restaurant smelled of sweat. If I can smell it, the service line should be able to smell it too. 8.) Dinner piece of meat (ox cheek) delicious, but consisted of 30% fat 9.) Panorama sauna: the wood was full of sweat stains. That was very disgusting. 10.) Lunchtime snack in the break room exactly the same as the day before. So food from the day before is served and no variation is offered. Perhaps as a guest you could settle for a few points, but not at this price. With 4.5 stars I just expected something completely different. I also gave this feedback to the hotel, it was only a "sorry, we hope next time it will be better". Very disappointing, unfortunately there will be no next time.

I want to say one thing in advance: the 4.5 stars cannot be compared with 4.5 stars in a wellness hotel in South Tyrol. The level is well below that. Positive: - The new construction of the thermal baths (Panoramahaus and sauna island) are modern and contemporary. There are nice corners where you can relax. The waterbeds are a matter of taste, but that's ok - in the rooms there is water and apple spritzer as well as a so-called tea tray in the price. Unfortunately, that's rare these days, but I think it's great. - Lunch and snacks in the wellness area are included in the price - Breakfast is good. Recommendation: smaller rolls and croissants - the wines offered are of very high quality, but not cheap either. - The location right on the rock path is great. You can put on your hiking boots and start walking. Now for the issues that need improvement or weren't great: - Each guest is only given one large and one small towel. There is no replenishment in the wellness area. If I go into the pool once, the towel is wet. What do I take in the sauna then? A no-no-go for a wellness hotel! - The staff in the wellness area is too scarce. Empty glasses etc. Are not/too seldom cleared away. Consequence: it piles up. And even when the loungers are empty, the blankets are not refolded to signal that the loungers are free again. Someone should be exclusively responsible for these topics. - The paths are winding and not well signposted. You can constantly see guests wandering around on the way from the panorama house to the sauna island. Better signage is urgently needed here. - Most guests, in their desperation, choose a path across the lawn on said path. If it is wet, there is a high risk of injury from slipping. This applies in particular to hotel slippers, but also to any other type of slipper. A covered or underground access to the sauna island would be useful and good. - Interesting are the laid out magazines. In a stylish wellness hotel I would have expected magazines like “Schöner Wohnen”, “architektur und Wohnen” or “Architectural Digest”. Instead, there were Autobild, Autozeitung and Classic Cars. That says a lot about the obviously announced target group. (There is Premiere Sport in the room) - Now for the food: It's not bad, but absolutely NOTHING special. Anyone who has ever been to a 4.5 star in South Tyrol will find that there are worlds in between. - There is no salad buffet. This is very unfortunate and really incomprehensible. - The service is marginal. Empty glasses, bottles, bread basket ect. Are persistently ignored. It is simply not looked at and nobody feels responsible. We sat in the passageway from the breakfast buffet to the rooms and could clearly see how the staff often returned to the kitchen empty-handed. It would be easy to take empty things and ask if they could be something new. With drinks, that's downright

We only stayed at the hotel for dinner and not as an overnight guest. Service and food were really very good. There is something for almost everyone in the two menus. There is also something for every taste on the wine list. The quality of the food is very good value for money. We'd love to come back.
