Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dalhart

Check in was fastest and friendliest of last four hotels on this trip. The evening manager/check in person is extremely efficient. I’d hire him in a minute. Thx

Room was $200 for 1 night, no extra linens for the sofa bed. I went to shower and found black hair in the tub so that lead me to looking around and it just got worse.. The bathroom floor was dirty, bedding had hair on the pillows.. I found crumbs in one of the beds which was concerning. The tv remote didn’t work unless I moved the batteries around. I called to front desk for linens which took over 20 minutes, so I went down there. Desk empty. I asked for another room and the front desk swapped down the hall and when I went down there the room across had some girls screaming about her phone being taken away so I said forget that. Went right back to my dirty room. Took a shower- conditioner didn’t work. The tile work with metal edging around the divider from the toilet to sink caught my sock and ripped it. I couldn’t wait to check out. The ONLY positive experience about this was the breakfast was 10/10. They had really good biscuits, sausage gravy, crispy bacon and good looking sausage patties. I really enjoyed the egg white SW mini omelets. They had the toast in pairs Saran wrapped. Everything was HOT, in good order and plenty and not picked over.

We discovered this place last year on our way to ski. We love this place and will stay again. We had a big group and they didn’t mind letting us hang out in the lobby area. We are not a quiet bunch, but they seemed perfectly fine. It was nice. Safe, quiet and convenient location.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is new and clean and breakfast had many options!

Stay was fine, no blackout curtains in the room and there were lights outside our windows so made it hard to sleep at night and as soon as the sun came up the entire room was lit up as well.

Large rooms. I was impressed with the hotel space and the breakfast was excellent.

We provided some notes to the hotel directly about sticky floors in the cafe/lobby of the hotel and entry/bathroom in our room as well as painters tape being left up in our room and different sensors being covered by black duct tape. In the bathroom, there was a huge hole in the ceiling for duct work and the toilet paper dispenser is being held on solely by the wallpaper.

We have never been unsatisfied when staying at a Holiday Inn Express. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms at the Dalhart, TX location are very clean. We like that they use Keurig coffee machines in the rooms! To get the best price, I always book through **********.

The hotel was newer but our room was a little dirty. The tile wasn’t mopped very well and the chair was stained. There was also trash left behind in the bathroom.
