Beautiful apartment! The views are amazing, from the front you can see the lake, and from the side you can see sunrise on the mountain. The owner was very helpful and ensured that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The Wi-Fi is also reliable which was needed as I was working remotely

The apartment was clean, spacious and the staff responded really quickly but it was a little bit far from the old town and required half an hour drive or so to get there. It’s nice if you have a car but parking is not easy. The view was spectacular though and it was really nice to have a washer.

環境看不到海，很一般，衞生很差，桌上都是一層灰，用得抹布也是噁心🤢，服務態度很是一般，提出問題都是沒有解決，沒有以客户為中心，都是網上溝通，敷衍了事。由於我在攜程上訂的，不能取消，無奈住下去了。坑已踩，

前台小姐姐非常熱情，提前安排了入住。房間空間還不錯。不擁擠。窗外風景很美，可以看到網紅橋和蒼山美景，但是大理風很大。樓下陽台推拉門有異響。離洱海很近，下樓步行過條馬路就能到洱海公園碼頭。希望改善問題：打掃阿姨有點馬虎，樓梯下還有之前住户遺留的垃圾。樓梯轉角地板鬆動了，洗手枱縫隙沒打掃乾淨。期待改善，下次還來入住。
