設施：
1.床頭燈一個亮一個不亮
2.大理晚上還是有點冷的，房間沒有空調，床上鋪的電熱毯，電熱毯的插頭居然是變形的
3.衞生間的吹風機，聲音很響，就是沒有風
4.蹲坑居然從地板裏往外滲水
5.面盆管道下水不暢通，水都溢出來了
6.洗澡的話，得先打開淋浴15-20分鐘後才出熱水，水温估計不到40℃，反正我是差點凍感冒了
衞生：
可以説是慘不忍睹
1.床上用品和毛巾各種黃斑
2.洗完的床上用品居然是放在樓梯的扶手上晾曬
3.房間毛巾架上還有頭髮
環境：
1.房間隔音差到極致，過道拖箱子的聲音，樓上走路的聲音，隔壁看電視的聲音，半夜外面放煙花的聲音，大清早外面放鞭炮的聲音，都很清晰
2.沒有電梯，大件行李需要走樓梯自己提上去
3.整個風格類似以前的招待所，看了一下該店非過年期間價格50-60一晚，過年價格翻了四五倍，漲價了品質反而更差
服務：
1.本來想諮詢一下附近的租車，跑了好幾趟前台都沒人
2.二三百的房價，房間連瓶礦泉水都沒有，簡直是“離離原上譜”
3.打電話反映房間沒熱水，老闆讓多放一會兒。放了10分鐘還是沒熱水，第二次打電話讓老闆上來看看，老闆來了又把面盆水龍頭打開，大概又過了5分鐘，才有點温水出來，老闆告知是水壓不夠，那麼既然知道水壓不夠，為什麼不想辦法解決呢？

離汽車火車站很近，房間乾淨整潔全是實木傢俱連地板都是實木的健康沒有甲醛，晚上睡覺安靜，去洱海公園方便
不足之處網速不穩定而且慢
浴室洗澡水小不熱而且要放很久熱水才來
總的來説推薦，下次還來

一個人出遊，第一次住這樣單人間，雖説不大，但乾淨整潔，設備齊全，最主要的是安靜，交通方便，老闆服務態度也挺好，所以即使續住提價也繼續住了三晚。
