我早上沒睡醒腦瓜子疼抽了訂他家，超級差，有廚房不讓做飯，打亂了我的行程，本來打算買海鮮自己煮的，遊玩路線都做好了，還讓我自己帶鍋，我來旅遊的不看你家有廚房誰訂你家，還不讓退，而且房間設施都不好使，浴霸也不好使，廁所就一個燈好使，床頭沒有充電口，還得拽個線超級不方便，我兩天將近五百塊錢連瓶裝水都沒有，讓打掃衞生還説給我忘了，窗户也不好使，我拿筷子支的，離地鐵口超級遠，離星海廣場也不近，沒把我走廢了，非常不推薦，誰訂他家誰後悔

十一期間房價漲了六倍，在我出發前早上發現房價又降了200我申請退費，但是被商家拒絕了，與該商家協調衹能退我一半的差價，我不同意，因為退完一半之後我還是花了平時的四倍的價錢，很明顯，房子根本不能全部賣出去商家故意把價格調得這麼高真是太貪心了，於是我申請退全部差價，經過攜程的客服協調，攜程同意退我另一半差價。💔這過程是非常糟心的，耽誤了我一下午的時間。
衞生：廁所洗手枱下水口是完全開着的，蟑螂爬來爬去
環境：我根本就睡不好，沒想到四百多的房間在一個二線城市居然這麼差，凌晨4:30等待12306開票搶了當天最晚的票離開這個城市，最後一天晚上沒住由於是晚上8點退的房想畢也不能退款了

此酒店與黑團黑導遊勾結，以50元一人誘導報一日遊，上了旅遊大巴之後黑導遊強制消費每人490元，50元所含景點一個沒有去，490元的去了啥也不是，耽誤了近一天行程，孩子各種抱怨不滿意，此次大連行最大的遺憾就是被酒店坑了一天時間和2000塊錢，該去的地方沒有去成，希望後面遊客慎重考慮
