新裝修的房子，特別乾淨，裝修雖然有點味道，但是開窗通風就好了，在可接受範圍。
頂樓有閣樓，孩子們很喜歡。
電梯洋房，很方便。
與房東溝通順暢，值得信任。房東還貼心準備了一次性紙杯，馬桶墊。
有鍋具，可做飯。
開車到金石灘快樂海岸幾分鐘，比較方便。附近有些小餐館，但是沒有太多飯店，想吃的好一點需要開二十多分鐘去金州區商圈，要是去市區那邊的景點需要開車1-1.5小時左右。
客廳和主卧有空調，閣樓有靜音風扇，配套還是可以的。
但是可能因為新交付的，目前沒有wifi和燃氣。
以上供大家參考哈，還是性價比不錯的，旅遊旺季定這裏比較划算。

新裝修的，感覺東西好用，乾淨，距離超市近，公交3路可以直接到地鐵3號線，去大連市區方便
