The parking lot is shared with the property. When problems arise, they cannot be coordinated and solved. The hotel manager either perfunctorily responds or simply does not show up and does not care. This is the worst business trip accommodation experience in the past few years. It's up to you whether you want to stay or not. Don't come here if you drive, and avoid it if you come by motorcycle. 😄
